Buddy, I’m a tow company here in California. I watch this video in its entirety. In my opinion, you were absolutely in the wrong. Yes it is true you can video. However, you do not have the right to get in the way when we are doing our job. You made the comment that if you got hit by a car, it would be your “stupidity.” However, if a cable were to snap and you were in the way. You would turn right around and sue the tow company. When we are on scene, we are in control of the scene for your safety and ours. At no time did I see anybody “yell at you“. They were simply telling you to get out of the way for your safety. These guys were simply trying to do their job. And it’s individuals like you that simply want to make a RUclips video just to make fun of the Tow operators. In my opinion you were completely unprofessional. Give them a break. I know you just like the views.
@@marcuslinton310 I can say two things about your comment. First of all, you made it a point to say you wished you had not missed the recoveries because you wanted to watch them and film it. Now with that being said. You might have stayed away. However, based on how you were clearly upset with them asking you to stay out of the way. I guess we will never know. Second thing is until the job is complete. We control the sene again for your saftey amd ours. The car might have been on the flat bed but it was still in the up position. Cables can still break and vehicles can still come loose. I am NOT trying to give you a hard time unlike what you did to them. You need to respect them while the equipment is still out. Not to mention when they are in the road trying to do their job. You have to remember our job is very dangerous. we can't be bothered by someone thats not apart of the recovery simply because you want to film it. I know it's "fun" to watch. But you need to stay clear until it is safe. I personally have had people get arrested for getting in the way and refusing to leave. You can always film you little videos from a safe place. You have that right. You DON'T have the right to put us in danger and potentially make it harder for us and be a liability. Just my thoughts
Sounds like you got your feelings hurt I get it tow truck drivers have a very dangerous job I also have a dangerous job not going to tell you what it is I obviously walked across the street to get away from there doesn't mean I'm going to allow a jerk off to yell at me and yes he did yell at me you must have not watched the video entirely so I walked away and went across the street to give him space the cop couldn't even tell me what to do what makes you think that a tow truck driver can tell me what to do take it the wrong way if you want I don't care I respect tow truck drivers they have a tough job and you can comment all you want I respect your free speech
@@GodGivenRights76 lololololol, My feelings have nothing to do with this. NOBODY, including myself is not telling you that you don't have rights. This is America, at least for now. However, you DON'T have the right to infringe on other peoples rights !!!!! Bottom line is. If you were to get in the way while they are trying to do thier job. And something terrible happens while you are in the way. Thats where your rights END. Clearly you need to read your other comments on here. You got what you wanted. Your little You Tube video. It's people such as yourself that we have to watch out for on the roadways. All I can say is please be safe and think about other peoples rights as well.
Being disrespectful is not unlawful you can get your feelings hurt all you want but we all have our First Amendment right as you do it may come back to buy me one day until then I'm not breaking the law
Title should read random dude with camera gets his feeling hurt by a tow truck driver. You had no reason to be there and be in the way. Lmao get a life
I'm there for news I don't understand why everybody gets their feelings hurt if it was Channel 2 or Channel 9 Fox 31 CNN you wouldn't have a problem with it but because it's the people exercising Free Press all of a sudden everyone has a problem with it
The remark about asking the officer for his badge number and name? Why just to be an A hole, back in the day I would tell people like you that you will have my name and badge number on the bottom of your arrest report, the Police are the law my bro.
Yep your in hes way dude im sorry but your in the wrong and you have no idea how dangerous winch cables are and he doesn't want to be liable for your safety by you making bad decisions 😂😂
As long as he’s not physically obstructing the people doing their jobs, he is perfectly fine to record and be where he was. Been shooting news for 34 years. Never had a TT driver tell me to get out of the way and get behind a cop car. Sometimes people think they have power when they have none.
The police officer is the one in charge of securing the scene and handling traffic. The tow company is, however, responsible for doing their job safely, which likely includes watching out for any knuckleheads getting too close. The job was actually done, the vehicle already on the tow deck, so what was the danger? None, right?
Should’ve got up there and showed him how to operate that damn thing😂
God Given Right to harass people. Yep. Anybody can do it but only scumbags do.
😢😢😢 Bureau crybaby

But all the lifting was over with? The car was already on the tow deck? So, what is the danger? NONE!
