Chewing gum in uniform is not professional and looks very silly. In the airline industry, it is not allowed and should not be in the police force, especially chewing with your mouth open. But maybe I'm old and cranky.

But she not only use one hand on the radio, it's everywhere. Taking the Advance Drivers course I was luck to have a police driving instructor. He taught me the 12 to 2 method or slightly off so the small finger could use the stalk controls.
