Dr. Sy Stein talks to Foothill Electronics Museum docents (April 15, 1989)

Perham Foundation Board Member Sy Stein explains the history of the museum to new docents, and gives them an overview of the exhibit space. At the time this was recorded, the museum was operating on a shoestring budget and relying on volunteer efforts to keep the museum's doors open.
