grate job giving me some ideas to go finish my long running Iveco van
looks great, allot of work, hope you enjoy it all.
Awesome setup! I added this to one of my playlists for cool van builds!
Thanks Vagabond, I've subscribed to your channel :)
Great job . Love the paint
Nice job mate, i have the same van in blue with a high top, I am half way through converting it into a camper with cargo space.
Woah, man this is really inspiring for my build. Thanks so much for sharing.
Nice job and a lot thought ...but no insulation? That's just build with condensation and rot everything in time surely ...
Very well done! I think a sprinter van is my next step. I'm currently traveling in an Astro and would love the extra room. Can I ask how much the total build cost?
Please tell me how did you get the paint pattern on the van? It really looks cool!!
Wow! Nice were doing a conversion and had problems with boat and rv accessorize out of Ohio so stay clear of them
Quite stealthy without being ugly. I like it...a lot.
Would be awesome to see a video walk through!
Doing the same, anyway to get the plans for the roof rack you had fabbed? Looks great.
hello adrian, can you show us the interior once you complete it?
excellent job
Respekt! Nice Job !
Great job
great job.what model ice box are u using and are u happy with it ? sprinter looks great.
awsome mate. Looks great. may you have many many happy hours in it. :-)
good job bro
Did you remove the windshield to repair the rust?
Looks Fab.
Wow, Cool. Nice job
Thank you!
I love the paint job something a bit differnt
Did You insulate or sound proof?
Looks Good -
How did you fix the rust under the windshield?
Wonder how the wiring was done
Hey Adrian, I was wondering if you could tell me how reliable the Sprinter van is. I am in a dilemma over rather the Sprinter van or the Ford E-serous would be best for me to do a camper conversion on and then hit the roads. I plan on putting a lot of miles on it and need something I can depend on, do my own repairs, and afford to repair when the need arises.
thanks
+Xena TheAdventurest It just so happens that I am familiar with both of those vans. Sprinters are very solid and provide a little more room and fuel mileage, but the newer diesel ( the best option for long life) is electronically problematic. The gas versions are great, but underpowered. Ford Econoline is in my opinion the best option as long as you can get a diesel. You lose room, but have the option of using the four wheel drive from the f series trucks, making parts really cheap and the engine will last for decades.
OK, somebody has some welding skills, eh? Nice job. Where is this located? And is it 'Turck' or 'Truck?'
awesome fit out,,,,whats the song ?
Очень понравилось!!!!Лайк!!!! Лайк!!!!!
camper van... more like a mini bar on wheels. A really nice one at that.
Nice. Although I lack the skills, the resources and most importantly the funds, to even do 5% of this.
just start
Nicely done! Are those real ceramic tiles? I don´t think i´ve ever seen a conversion with real tiles.
+Nordish Kiel - I had the same idea and got some of this tile from HD. It's really nice in a modern/automotive way: www.homedepot.com/p/Jeffrey-Court-Carbon-Hex-10-1-4-in-x-11-1-8-in-x-8-mm-Glass-Mosaic-Tile-99323/205952796
edit: Oh, but not white grout. That's too much contrast and I'm not a fan of black and white (or black and red)--too 80's.
I want to know, how did you do that paintjob?
Search "leaf camo spray paint"
Okay, i will thank you
paint is cool
01:31 Don't tell me you just used on that rust a conversor, putty paste and put paint on it! To proper repair that panel the windshield should had been taken out and a new metal panel welded replacing that rusted one.
nice.
How has the tiling/grout held up with the vibrations and torsional flex of driving?
Excellently! I've had no cracked grout or loose tiles in 2 years! The van is my primary mode of transport and I drive gravel roads everyday (the town I live in has very few tared roads).
I think the gross vehicle weight for these vans is 3500kg (fully loaded). The van currently weighs 1400kg - which is well below. It handles well :)
how much did it all cost?
+Adam Brown i think about 10 000
Lacked insulation - on cold winter's day and nights!
He lives in South Africa.... No cold winters
nice 👍👍👍👍
I would have plasti dipped that
Damn
But the paint is ugly as my ass
+Will D'Olive You must have a lovely ass.
+Will D'Olive - To be fair, it is labeled "self" and not "stealth". :P
+Will D'Olive I think it's a GREAT paint scheme!
