Thank you for all of your videos. I loathe engineering (confusing) and grind (I don't have time) and your materials videos were very helpful. Clear and concise. I've been doing a similar thing to this solo with an unengineered Type 10 (2 beams and the rest pulses) . It was slow and dangerous at first because I hired a harmless NPC for my fighter hanger pilot(cheaper in the long run) and levelled it up; it's now Elite. Just saying so that anyone who is solo isn't discouraged. This CAN be done. Not as fast and not as safe but possible. It takes a while to get the reputation with the station (I should have sold exploration data to boost rep) but I can pick up a load of wing missions and rake in the cash. I spent half my cash on that Type 10 and outfitting it (at a 10% discount place) and now I've got at least six times what I had. Yes, even with two rebuys (oops) and paying the NPC. I did stick to Low Res though because I'd often leave the Type 10 on fire at will, the NPC on defend and go and make some food or coffee. Thanks again. Especially for saving me from the engineering rabbit hole. Confusing the life out of me that was.
yeah, when most people look for vids like these, its because they need the money for a ship like that, so itd probably be a good idea to make a video with something everyone is able to get easily without hours and hours of grinding rank..
I pull this off easily with krait mk 2 and a fixed beam slf you will kill pve pirates just as fast . I have 3 class 3 gimballed multicannons grade 5 overcharged with auto loader and 2 class 2 gimballed grade 3 beams with heat venting This is pretty well balanced on the weapons as i can fire forever without overheating , my distributer draws really slowly so i can do long attack runs on bigger or stronger ships while my fixed beam slf has my back when im turning for the next attack with a good shield 3 boosters and a scb your actually quite strong and you can still add a shitload of armor for when they do break threw but if managed well they will never break threw your shields even elite pve enemies are not a problem with this build even without an slf you would survive a pretty hard fight but i do reccomend one for killing enemies faster
Currently I'm using 2x huge multicannons with more ammo and auto loader, 2x medium and 2x small beam lasers with long range (seriously op) and 1x large plasma accelerator or sometimes a seeker missile rack! Absolutely melts npcs!
Important note, if you pick 1 from as many mission givers from near by station is the fastest. Sometimes you dont get the 80+ order but sacrificing the mission space for small 5-15 kill orders from same person might make up for lack of mission givers. But on same coin could make you lose out on a higher payoff.
My question is why is it a wing mission? Are the enemies tougher, requiring multiple players to kill each target ? Is it because the bad guys are themselves fighting in wings? So you need buddies. Or is it just because there are a lot of ships to kill. If that’s it, I’ll do it solo. More for me :) that and I’m new so I have no buddies to fight with. And what about the massacre missions in the conflict zones? What’s different there? Another question. Why are you not using a kill warrant scanner? That’s millions of credits left on the table.
You'd be better off with guardian shield reinforcements my guy, npc's don't tend to target modules directly and they have a hard time getting through shields even with bi-weave shields and the recharge between fights is so beneficial, if you wanna build loadouts on the go and calculate resistances and dps use 'Coriolis' trust me you'll never look back I've made some monster corvette builds and they use bi-weaves just for reboot time alone unless you're getting shot at almost 100% of the time then definitely go prismatic

I got a Corvette, similar build to the one in the video. It's half engineered and I got no problems melting NPCs :D
'ship doesn't get hot enough'? ever hit 2 shield cell banks at the same time? If you take wing assassination missions you'll be hitting shield cell banks even in the vette 2-3 times per fight. If you don't have a heat sink to pop you'll hit 250% heat even with beam lasers that cool you down (engineered) do that 3 times and you'll have modules start malfunctioning which will really lower your dps which puts you in hot water on those wing assassination missions. I actually died in the vette which is hard to do because I dumped my heat sink and caused heat damage to myself with shield cells. Now if all you're doing is bounty hunting you won't actually have this problem. It depends on the difficulty of what you're fighting. The vette is more than capable of handling the wing assassination missions though if you fly it right though.
The game is much better now having buffed combat and nerfed some of the silly mining profits (£400 mil in a hour with LTD3 at Boran was the most extreme I've seen, but even a slow ambling player like me managed over £200 mil an hour.) I'd like to see smuggling re-worked next, because running guns or smuggling drugs should be exciting, dangerous and financially worth the effort.

You can do this with a slightly engineered vulture or FDL. I use the vulture personally. I can take out anacondas quickly
I got an Anaconda and engineered it in my first month by core-mining for a few days. Don't be ridiculous.

Yes, you can, it might be slower depending on the res, but def yea.

one thing that ive noticed is that prismatics are better for pvp
unless someone destroy it with single engineered torpedo, then your prismatics are pretty usseles :)))

Annaconda is better than the corvette and cutter i have all 3 and the Annaconda wins hands down. A good guide though very well done :)
For combat The Corvette is better. Anaconda is a very good versatile ship. But Corvette is awsome in combat. But just in combat. Nothing else.
@@mikawelll Actually, he's right, the Anaconda is better. With a proper pilot, a single anaconda can defeat twin Vette's in combat.
