Thank you for covering Engineering. Most of the videos out there doesn't explain things the way you do. Your videos are always clear and straight to the point. I will always be looking forward to your next video 👍
I love that you don't rush your gameplay, you take it all in and play swiftly. That's really what this game about. To me it's about taking in all the serenity and enjoying the lone moments.
I appreciate your work and have farmed about 300mil thanks to the exploration video you did! I built a Krait Phantom and am now exploring parts of the game I always thought I really couldn't get to
DBX isn't bad for scanning wakes. I load up my eagle with a scanner, and find the nearest distribution center(famine system). Scan the ships for the (rare) scan data nuggets and every wake. They usually come in about as fast as you can scoot around and scan them down. No relogging, barely sitting still for anything, just good flight practice, especially if you're heavy with the boost like I am and have to keep them in view to not disrupt the scans. Much better than Jameson's, although it gives different data. Edit: Edit: One more. On fsd drives class 5 and up, you want to use the mass manager experimental effect, for anything smaller it's better to use deep charge if you need that extra bit.
I loaded up my main save, found a random famine system, found the distribution system no problem, gained 30 wakes easily. Apparently it has to be above a certain population to spawn a distribution point.
Regarding the meta alloy - how did you know to come to this particular planet for the mats? Felicity Farseer didn't give any clues what meta alloy is or where to get it from.
Had to read about it and reference web sites, maybe watch a video? It's not in game, or not in an obvious place. Elite is horrible about not having the proper information in game. You're supposed to enjoy the frustration of discovering it on your own.
Hehe.. Farseer.. been a while since I've dropped in on her. Though I'm not sure if you did something wrong or if you did anything wrong at all. I've been playing long enough to understand a bit of how the BGS works BUT.. sometimes I think the BGS has a mind of it's own and trolls/bullies/picks on what 'it' thinks are newbie's.. lol In your case.. it's Tolakram the 2nd ;p
The site you shared gave me a system with supposedly ripe barnacles but the two barnacles I visited were fruitless :( my search will have to continue another day
I'm going to try and fill my carrier with 5k to 20k tons of platinum and LTDs as a reward for any player that finds Raxxla. I have a few friends that are going to donate credits and platinum already.
So, i got mad right now. It says that i can't go to Hugh Prospect without the Elite Dangerous Horizons and i have it. I'm not going to use the damn SRV. Its a port on a planet. I'm going to break something, if i keep getting messages for a place I can't go too.
@@savirianwinter1656 I have a steam version so when I log in I get the Elite launcher. Three buttons, play, manage, versions. Pressing Versions shows me all the different clients and I can choose which one to run.

Excellent work!
2:52 amazing transition
You can look at available targets for pick up using the external(left hand) ui panel, on the far right tab of it.
I just realized that the planet you use is 300LY's away from Forsee. I have an ASP Scout.
Great place to farm meta-alloys. Thanks!

@@Tolakram oh yeah, forgot that. Famine, and I set the population to above 1mi think. Then have fun in my eagle for a bit
came to the site and got jump scared by a thargoid coming down and.. ? charging ? anyway it was quite beautiful

Make sure you're running the right client, even if you own it you're still able to run Elite instead of Elite Horizons.
@@Tolakram How is that done actually?

@@Tolakram okay, thanks.
Nothing to do with meta alloys.
tf you mean, he literally collects them half way through 11:00
