Thank you so much for your clear and concise instructions. I had a an idea, but was really struggling. The shelves were really high, so I was on a short ladder and then standing on the countertop to get the last one. Your video made all the difference (and I watched a few others) 45 minutes of struggle then 10 minutes to actually change the height of the shelves! I'm a senior living alone who thanks you and is finally happy with the shelves.

Thanks for the video. I am a home organizer and always struggle with these. These types of clips are SO unnecessary! The normal metal dowel-like ones where the shelf just rests on them are perfectly suitable. Most shelves are loaded down with stuff so they don't pop up. That clip at the top of these is a pain in the rear and is not needed at all. All they do is make shelf adjustment harder for people. I am wondering if smashing them with a hammer would be even easier! haha.

I can push and lift on the left, but the right side clips won't let the shelf angle up enough to release! Ok, I take it back. I got a better tool and finally released it! Yay!
