Not surprising. Cops always hope their victims are intimidated, lack money and time for legal recourse, etc. This is all part of their MO. Disgusting, but not surprising.
When people have died because of butt hurt, I think counter-suit is kinda mild, but it doesnt make it any less ridiculous. Like really, you honestly thought this is great idea..
@@Saucyjumbo69 while irrelevant to the case at hand I think they were just saying suit for "hurt feelings" aren't in and of themselves wrong, since people have killed themselves from emotional distress from false accusations before, and they said "it doesn't make it any less ridiculous" because clearly that's not relevant to this case
That was the exact moment when arrest became an inevitability for that cop. He was (rightfully) pushed into a corner and decided to do whatever was required to make sure the kid was arrested. That pride/spite is gonna cost him (or rather his town’s taxpayers) severely.
It didn't matter if he said it or not. The cop was taking him in for DUI. The cop made up his mind before he pulled him over. The cop got him out of the car and flat out lied and said he smelled alcohol on his breath. The cop knows not a thing will happen to him for arresting sober drivers for DUI so what is the incentive to not do it? The incentive to do it is they get promoted based on the number of DUI arrests they make along with other factors. It doesn't matter if those arrests later get dismissed.
Wow…. This cop has since gone on to have a domestic abuse non contact order since this, and IS STILL EMPLOYED…. WTF this whole department needs investigated
@@flatcube3706it's true though. We need to hold the bad ones accountable, but I have a good friend named John Preston who works for Owensboro ky police department. That's not to downplay the bad ones we all know they're out there in abundance but there are a few gems I promise.
I would have to disagree. I agree this kid didnt seem drunk, but to say cooperative and well spoken while he is nonstop ridiculing the officer, saying he will look like an idiot, etc. I just cant agree with
@@rogeryoungblood2452 Nah, I hear all the time politeness isn't a necessity to bring well spoken or credible, but, agree to disagree there. He was surely coherent as there is no way you could say it wasn't easily possible to follow his meaning, and the occasional push backs about the officer looking stupid were both true, and easily understood and didn't make the whole any less understandable. Not that you should have to be polite when falsely being accused of crimes, that seems an untenable position, if someone needs only rile you up enough to get you being even slightly impolite to hold that against you.
I was a cop for two years, and I am sitting here honestly wondering how anyone could be expected to respect the police. One night one of my co workers tased a guy going into diabetic shock because he wasn't "immediately compliant". There is a sad disconnect here, and I don't blame the public at all for their lack of trust in law enforcement. This is embarrassing.
When did we allow officers to be come judge jury and executioner , when qualified immunity was created giving the scales of justice so much bias it’s still not recovered . Body cams and dash cams have helped but the controls of them still allow evidence for or against to be lost
This cop has done similar arrests to how many other persons? And how many of them have just paid or pled a deal because they don't have the money nor time to miss work to try to fight.
This officer's behavior is disgusting. He wanted to arrest him from the moment he pulled this kid over. I would bet the Officer's record shows a pattern of this behavior with young men.
"Guilty until proven innocent." The fact that that cop and mayor still decided to double down afterwards and blame the kid as opposed to taking accountability like men is even more disgusting.
The thing is you can’t mistake the smell of weed. There would have been no question that he smoked weed especially since he was sitting inside the police car. The cop didn’t say weed until he blew zeros. The smell would have been all over the police car so he should have lead with that.
Dude right off the bat, this kid is very respectful and collected. The cop is aggressive for no reason and the 19 year old should be rewarded for his calm demeanor
@Novusod he called the cop stupid because he was completely unreasonable in every possible way, and as the video stated, was completely unprofessional and did not follow procedure. The cop was stupid. Kid was just stating the facts. Was very reasonable and respectful outside of that. But he had every right to be very, very pissed.
For anybody who is wondering what is going on with the lawsuits…. On 2/14/2024 federal judge ruled that the kids lawsuit may proceed forward as to the judge it was clearly and obvious from the start that he was not intoxicated. For the officers counter suit.. judge ruled that the kids comments about the cop being “on the slow side of the spectrum” and the cop being “unfit physically and mentally” were not defamatory and were thrown out. However, judge said the cops could proceed with the lawsuit due to the kid saying the cop was “convicted” of domestic abuse. In reality, the cop was served a restraining order from his ex under the grounds of alleged abuse. You’re welcome.
@@erickperez3551 I checked after I saw your comment. No update since this ruling in February. These type of civil suits can take a long time to play out (years), and this one seems no different as I don’t even see another court date scheduled yet. My guess is the police department and this kids attorneys are likely at the negotiating table for a settlement. As someone who lives in Chicago, and whose police department is sued all the time… majority never make it to a civil trial. I bet this case never does either and the police department and the kid will settle for an “undisclosed amount” with the cop dropping his countersuit.

Not unbelievable at all. Cops get a badge and they think they are gods. This “cop” is one of the worst criminals I have ever seen. He had a hard on for this kid from the jump…..asking where he was what he was doing where he was going. Such a disgrace of a human being. I wonder how many police departments he has been fired from and it just got swept under the rug so he could go to another department. I hope the kid sues the crap out of him, and that “cop” is fired and prohibited from any law enforcement job in the whole country. What a P.O.S.
The police should not be allowed to countersue without stripping themselves of qualified immunity and making themselves personally liable for any and all losses awarded to their victims
As bad as the false arrest was, which it was atrocious.. the fact that the city reviewed this and backed up the officers is unconscionable. The cop nearly ruined this young man's life, there needs to be accountability.
Harsh consequences for acting on clearly false accusations or even unproven accusations. It's okay to mess up and accidentally accuse but people should not treat someone like a criminal until they have enough proof.
I live near the town this happened in. The police officers filed a lawsuit against the kid recently for defamation. These police officers are abusive and disrespect young adults all the time. It's pretty sad.
When it turns out to be a false arrest, the arresting officer should be made to pay all fines and court costs, and pay for his time, this crap will end!
It's also possible one of these men has a medical condition that makes them smell like alcohol there's at least one condition I'm aware of that basically turns your body into an alcohol factory wherein your body naturally produces alcohol from the sugars in your body
It genuinely blows my mind how a lot of these cops REFUSE to just accept that they’re wrong at time. It’s like watching elementary school kids try to exercise law. Sad as hell.
First, and I am sure you know this, but you don't need a degree in law to be a cop. Second, and I have been through the academy, more time is spent learning compliance techniques than actual law. At the end of the day, the law matters very little. It's all an ego thing. You'll notice when radioing he makes numerous exaggerations. To say this is common is an understatement. There is this constant aura of intimidation. This goes for within departments as well. I got in a physical altercation with one of my supervisors on a training day, that ended up being why I left law enforcement. Mind you, I wasn't fired. It's almost impossible to fire a cop. I left. I can go into this story if you're interested. In conclusion, you're right. School yard bullies who are used to getting their way. That's what it boils down to. The bully on the playground didn't have to admit he was wrong. Why would he? In your words "Sad as hell", and in my opinion, I couldn't have said it better.
@@akidemixschoolofmarksmansh4142 I really appreciate your insight. There was so much ego on display here. You are a professional dealing with a cocky college kid and you need to not let his young man attitude get you all upset to the point of vengeance. well, that's funny because i thought you people were all about "the cop who killed George Floyd". that's why this whole cop hate thing happened in the first place.
Police need to be human....getting shot by police nothing happens..... backwards ... police dies in line out duty parade ...when citizens die whole neighborhood suffers and families
This cop has such a low threshold for “acting drunk” it’s insane. He arrested this kid for being nervous and for “being a smartass.” So basically nothing he could have said or done would have stopped this cop from what he had already decided
This is the scariest thing about dealing with police officers. If they decide early on that they want you arrested even though it's obvious you're innocent,, the whole interaction turns into a bullying scenario and they have all the advantages.
He wasn’t a smart ass at first he was very professional it was the cop who wasn’t and why the kid became a smart ass and I would have too. Fook that cop.
right. his core reason was essentially "taking too long to get your registration" he made up the "fumbling" part. and he literally took no more than five seconds.

Exactly. If not for the cameras, this kid would have a DUI at MINIMUM, lost his spot on the roster, been kicked out of school and if it were the “good ole days”, could have possibly been injured “while…err, resisting, 😉 😉”. Any time a cop uses "smell" as a criteria for probable cause and it's proven that there was no such substance, that cop should be considered a known liar by the courts. There's an auditor in my city who focuses mainly on the right to drink in public. "Drink," not "be drunk." One of the things he does is walk around with a root beer bottle in a paper bag. Cops have claimed to smell alcohol from his breath or the bottle several times, only to be proven to be liars after doing a search and finding that it was root beer. He never consents to these searches, meaning they're done without probable cause since the smell is a lie.
Maybe in these cases the officer should take a breath test ordered by his supervisor if he is adamant that he smelt alcohol. Because it could be his he smells. Or he could refuse and admit he is a lying piece of work.
Pine hill New Jersey police do this all the time. They need to be investigated. Look into Timmothy Mccelroy. He false arrested me for a dui. I didn’t know all my legal rights for standing up for myself at that time. Now I have my camera on me at all times. Fk em.
He didn't even do that. He was respectful and courteous initially and only when the officer wanted to do a DUI test and the kid asked if he could record it, did he change his demeanor a little bit even then he was pretty much being a non-confrontational stand up guy throughout the entire thing.
Yeah the kid gave attitude pretty early on. Before the blow comment. I'm not saying it's right, but just don't have any attitude and only speak to the question don't ad lib. Or hell, just refuse to talk. You might go to jail, but you'll be free in the morning. Any decent lawyer will love you for not saying a damn thing.
Just upsetting. As someone who has always respected law enforcement, I’m really getting to the point where I no longer do. There are just too many occasions where authority is misused.
I think this cop decided he was going to jail no matter what bc the kid made the comment about how the officer was going to “look so stupid” when he blew a 0. His wittle ego was hurt.

These officers really have nerves. Mishandling a traffic stop in the most incompetent way possible, and then blaming and counter-suing the victim of their idiocy.
Counter-suing is not something that the officer does. Most likely it's purely financial decision, an attempt to reduce legal expense and liability. If you think about it, using every opportunity to reduce taxpayers' expenses is the duty of public officials, regardless of the ethical considerations.
I don’t trust the police anymore, though I shouldn’t have long before I’ve seen all this police misconduct, because I too had been in a similar situation as this kid being falsely accused. I know we want to say not all cops are bad, but when the issue is this rampant the issue extends far beyond individual cops. We need to start by getting rid of qualified immunity.
What the officer wanted to say 'This kid is a smartass so arresting him seems right' the fact his partner and mayor backed this up is mind boggling to me.
The kid was respectful until he realized this cop was trying to pin this bogus charge on him. It would have been smarter to exercise his 5th and get this cop later in a legal suit, but when your young ...lol
This is honestly one of the craziest ones I've seen. Kid gave absolutely ZERO indication of being intoxicated. Cop was aggressive off and very short off jump while the driver was incredibly respectful/cordial with all of his requests. Cop just saw he was a teenage and heard "coming from my friends house" and assumed he could get away with it. The fact stuff like this can happen and they can still keep their job blows my mind.
This is why if you're pulled over, don't answer questions, just give id and registration, and refuse tests unless compelled by warrant. This cop used the sobriety as well as everything else to try to prove guilt rather than investigate; don't cooperate other than what you're legally required to do so.
He didn’t even slur, stumble, or fumble for his registration. He was more together than I would have been. My glove box is a mess. This fat cop just looking to arrest some teenager
This man was not giving any signs of intoxication. Not being able to find your insurance and registration in a timely manner does not mean you are drunk. It means you probably haven’t been pulled over in a long time 😂
Police are human, just like you and me. And some humans are more power-hungry than others. This is a case of that. Not all cops are like this. Showing respect will yield respect in return in most cases. Sadly this is not one of those cases.

Same, and then I was aggressively harassed because I wasn’t submissive enough to the cop. Never been pulled over before or since, and shouldn’t have been that day either. It was 30 years ago and I still shake when I retell the story.
Shame on the corrupt Officers. The Kid was CLEARLY 100% not intoxicated for any honest person to judge. This makes me have even less trust in the police.
Its exactly stuff like this, that makes me never want to go to the US. Edit: as a side note those field sobriety tests count for nothing at least here in Denmark, there could be many reasons why ones speach might be slurry or you could perform certain tests. Which is why the police do blow testing as well as drug testing. If any of those exceed the threshold, they take you to the hospital, where the do proper lab tests using bloodsamples. Which to me at least seems way less fear inducing.
This officer is not "acting to protect the community from an intoxicated driver" however this driver is definitely "acting to protect the community from a POWER intoxicated officer." Thank you for serving the community Galanakis!
He’s 19. The reason he was “fumbling over” his registration and insurance is because he doesn’t really know what they look like. He just knows his parents keep them in the glove box. I’m 28 and when I get pulled over for the first time, I will struggle to recognize which paper in the glove box is which.
I just got my license and I’m so nervous for this. I have no idea what insurance or titles even are STILL. I have a dysfunctional family no one taught me anything, they didn’t even show me where my headlights and defrost were which was on the test :(
@@TaphsAJ I recommend keeping registration and insurance under the sun visor with a rubber band. that way you can get to it in a snap and not have to worry about that part. Also each car has different locations for the defrost and headlights. Most cars keep the headlight switch to the left of the steering wheel as a knob. Or in some cases on the steering column on the same stick that controls the turn signal. Defrost is mostly located to the right as an independent button. Reverse all the directions if in a European or Japanese vehicle.

That cop knew right away that he was charging that kid with a DUI no matter what happened. He knew that when he blew clean and passed all the field sobriety tests that he was going to say, "Well, I still think you're intoxicated and you're going to jail.." That's just so messed up. It gives the police way too much freedom and authority to do whatever they want, make things up as they go, and engage in retaliatory behavior.
Nathan Winters. Apparently he also has a protective order out against him due to domestic abuse of a former girlfriend. So not just a pathetic excuse of a police officer. But a pathetic human being all around.
As one who wears contacts, it’s not uncommon for the eyes to be red and watery after a long day of wearing them. He just couldn’t believe a college kid was hanging with friends and NOT drinking
That's exactly what I think happened here. As soon as the young man identified himself as a college student, the officer made the assumption that he must have been drinking and couldn't believe that the guy wouldn't have been drinking.
If you can handle watching shows about this kind of thing, you should check out "Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills". (I said the first part because it's genuinely disturbing when massively unfair preventable things happen because of a corrupted system, it was not intended as sarcasm. The show is hard to watch though. Basically these kids were accused of murder and they went to trial, but the prosecutor used evidence of them being interested in metal music and one of them owning a book about witchcraft as evidence that it was a ritual killing by them. The police also repeatedly used fear tactics against a mentally challenged kid to force him to confess to being involved, including showing the child jarring disturbing pictures of the naked mangled bodies of the murder victims. The confession included a description of what the police thought happened because they guided the confession instead of letting the accused explain without outside influence on the story, leading to a lot of misinformation about the case in court. I think the worst part about this is that the killer completely got away with it because the police and courts were so convinced the suspects were guilty that anyone else who could have been actually involved in the murders probably escaped completely undetected.
There is nothing he could have done to change the officer's mind, plus he's young. The education system doesn't teach you your rights here so of course he doesn't know all his rights.
This one really gets to me because of the stakes for this kid. Anyone who has played college sports knows that something like this, guilty or not can destroy is athletic career. This same situation happened to me right as Covid started. It was 7 am, and I was sick on my way to the doctor. I was pulled over, and accused of being intoxicated because I was ill and I wasn’t as sharp as the cop thought I should be. I blew a triple zero, and took one too many steps during the sobriety test so I was arrested and taken to the PD for a drug evaluation. When I passed the drug evaluation I was released, but still charged with DUI. I had to pay an attorney to get the DUI charges dropped, with the stipulation of getting a medical evaluation due to me being under the weather that day. Agreeing to the medical evaluation was the biggest mistake I have ever made. 3 years later I am still going back and forth with the DMV medical department and unable to renew my license. I have paid for 3 different physicals, with 3 different blood panels, all in which my doctor cleared me as healthy to drive. Despite this, and because the Florida DMV is completely inept, I still do not have the ability to drive. Before the incident, I owned a moving company, and now can no longer work in the industry because I can’t even drive my own truck legally. We need serious change to our Policing in America.

To be honest, as a cop for more than a decade in a foreign country, the big problem you face in the USA with your police forces is that your officers lack either formation and common sens. If he sues and wins the taxpayers flip the bill I mean the money comes from the city/town What qualified immunity protects law enforcement from being personally sued they never have to pay a penny if they're reprimanded they get paid half or whole paid suspension at worst they get fired travel 5 miles to the next town then get hired there to continue their b******* but yes we need to get rid of qualified immunity since nobody's above the law. Then you have civil forfeiture Policing for profit Which very little people know about It's very very corrupt
Wow this cop was a total jerk from the start 😳 I just wonder why be mean or sarcastic on a stop
One has nothing to do with the other. He can be compensated regardless of if there's qualified immunity or not.
I think this cop needs to see a doctor, there is something wrong with his nose, he smelt alcohol when there was none.
Cop needs to be in jail.
The officer made up his mind as soon as he "smelt" alcohol and now is countersuing because this college kid hurt his wittle ego.
That cop's ego is about as big as his pecker...REALLY MINISCULE EVEN UNDER A MICROSCOPE...AND ELECTRON MICROSCOPE...boo hoo widdle baby...lay off the steroids ossifer...they're rotting your brain!
His ego was the size of the mountain and he wasn't coming off that particular mountain period.
Fk em.

He did. He won 25k
I had this exact situation happen to me as a kid. told I was drunk.. blew 0.00... then told I was high. I was 1000% sober. Did the eye follow test. Told I "passed" but my eyes were shaking "so we know you're high". There was 5 cops telling me I'm inebriated when I'm not. I was scared wondering what the hell is going on.
Towed my car, took my license.. cop told me to hitch-hike home at 3am.
Was a great way to learn about the corruption of police.
After you pass 1 test, they just keep throwing the kitchen sink at you until they can say you didn't pass.
OMG !!!! That should not be possible. Especially the hitch-hiking part ! I asume you're male and it should not matter, but would they do the same to a female ? CRAZY WRONG

I dare they make a teenage female walk home at 3am. They wouldn’t dare. So why make a male? It’s intentional abuse
A good lesson to learn early, but unfortunate since they put it on your record.
I have kept a clean record myself by stating to them that I would not press charges under threat of arrest when they threatened to arrest me over a stalker following me, breaking in, and assaulting me. I already knew cops are corrupt, but they went out of their way to threaten my safety.
When I first watched this I thought to myself, this is the most sober college student I've ever seen. It's ridiculous what these cops did
He did everything fine to me, If that was failing then every person who does these tests fails then.
@@kurtwetzel154 bingo. It is "officer discretion", so if the officer doesn't like you: off to jail you go.
@@kurtwetzel154 That's why the pigs want you to do them; they are _designed_ so that everyone fails.

There was absolutely nothing to indicate that he was intoxicated, not even his driving.
The: "I wear shorts when it's -30 degrees" shirt. Chef's kiss.
He didn't get arrested for a DUI, he got arrested for hitting the cop's ego.
...with his high beams...
He gets a B? No sir. He gets an A. That young man remained calm and respectful longer than he should have.
This is the problem where someone wants to prove his innocence and get it over with, is rated lower than someone who insists not to do the test.
Exactly
He gets an A for asking the cop if he wants to blow him and the fact the cop had to say no I do t want to blow you. I said peek a boo to a cop but I got arrested after that lol
He was pretty mouthy. Not every person would get away with the snipping he was giving to the officer. I think this page really wants us and tries to teach us to remain calm and not insult officers. No matter how badly we want to 😂
Fuck em. If I was stone cold sober at the time I'd be way more mouthy than he was. This kid did amazing
Imagine how many times this happens and it doesn't get any media attention. Disgusting.
That cop was going to arrest this guy from the moment he stopped him. That's horrible. They arrest the people who do absolutely nothing, and do nothing for the people actually committing crimes!
In. Ali Fonda they either don’t arrest the violent criminals or release them same day no charges or paying bail.
But god forbid you are a good citizen, then you are f***ed.
I think it was the moment he started recording and called him stupid prob got pissed off at that and took it personally
I feel like that’s pretty much the case in all of these videos. If you’ve been stopped and taken out of the car, you’re most likely not going home that night.
welcome to the system
Gotta boost those numbers, we are just a statistic to them. They have a number of arrests they have to do so when they are not meeting quota, they arrest anybody
They knew he wasn't drunk, they were just mad at his sarcastic responses. They wanted him cowering...You got yourself a nice case there young man
I agree with you. He just needed to feel superior and that boy wasn’t giving it to him.
Yeah maybe the “wanna blow me real quick” comment was a accidental jab the officer didn’t appreciate.
He was accusing him of being drunk way before he got sarcastic
@@ogonbio8145so he can’t say shit huh .. he keeps accusing him of this bs.. he’s a football player.. this could hurt his future.. he shouldn’t be angry ?
The sad part is this kid doesn't even realize his rights has already been violated as soon as he sat in that police cruiser
***EVERY PERSON must know their CONSTITUTIONAL 📜 RIGHTS***
What the kid should have done other than complying to them ??cops were
@@methane13 He didn't say that he shouldn't have done it. But by then the kid should have realized he was being interrogated and shut the hell up.
@@methane13 the boy doesn’t have to go into the police car. It’s his right to refuse this and he should have questioned it and said no, because it’s his rights to remain silent and not be interrogated or anything without their rights and the officer can not enforce anything. There was nothing to allow the officer to be able to enforce anything, he could only ask. And the boy could refuse, and should have because the officer was being unreasonable and obviously accusing him of DUI.
It’s been awhile since i took a class on criminal and justice, so I can’t give great detailed explanation of this. BUT I do know that the officer was being out of line and he shouldn’t have abused the fact that the young boy doesn’t know he doesn’t have to do what the officer says. And it’s happened before to a pilot where a situation like this happened and he even knew his rights but the officer bullied him into obeying anyways by basically arguing with him about it and the pilot lost his job cause the arrest went on record, even tho it was clarified after lab tests by a hospital he was COMPLETLEY SOBER.
Some cops are assholes and abuse their power and think they can just boss people around knowing they don’t know their rights in the moment to refuse. And they get arrested like this guy… and it goes in your record even if you weren’t Intoxicated. The officer didn’t have any evidence or reasonable proof to even accuse this.
@@FLIPPER1439 it’s the rights when in situations like this that people don’t always know. And some officers will purposefully or even think they can force someone to comply to them even if the law is the person has to choose to comply. And officers will make it seem like they are in the power to make you do what they say, and you do it cause you think I got to obey but then you end up in a mess cause you don’t have a lawyer and they waste your time etc.
I’m getting Cartman “Respect my author-I-tay!” vibes from the cops in this video. And the town mayor.
Clearly, even if this person had drank something, he was NOT intoxicated. This officer is just harassing this young man. Give him a ticket and keep it moving.
Then fight that ticket. Cop is full of it to say it’s illegal to use brights
@@workliferecognition7002 Actually he's right. It creates a hazard. Here in Maryland they would give you an inspection ticket. You would change the bulb and bring it back to them. End of story.
@@papigrande4378 having a light out maybe but it don’t make sense to be illegal to use brights or otherwise the feature wouldn’t be in cars.
@@workliferecognition7002 that is true but that's why the officer asked her why he had his high beams on to establish that he had a bulb blown out
@@workliferecognition7002 actually in Iowa having high beams on in most towns is illegal. I believe it’s a county law, but I could be wrong. Cops don’t really ticket/fine someone for not dimming them though, it’s really just used as probable cause for a traffic stop as in this case
I love this kid. He knows the cops are overstepping their authority - yet he remains composed.
I thought the young man who was "tortured" was EXTREMELY calm and polite.

@Falcon2 He should be arresting people that are a danger to others, not someone that hurt his feelings.
@Falcon-um7vo He is guaranteed to be arrested as soon as the cop claims he smells alcohol. As for the sobriety test, it's just so they can state in court that he failed it. Nobody passes. If they wanted sober people to pass they'd tell you the "clues" they're looking for
@Falcon2 I give him a pass on being a smart ass. False accusations are not cool. I understand that being a smart ass does not help you against vindictive people but its only human to get angry when someone accuses you of something that you did not do.
Cop is a disgusting display of "authority" he needs to be put in his place.
Absolutely!
More like fired
Fired sick of this bs from Cops gives good one bad name
Correction, he needs to be put down
that's why a lot of ppl don't trust them
A big part of the problem are the awards given out to officers for DUI *arrests.* They provide incentives for officers to make things up in pursuit of that high score.
Literally a fucking video game to them, feels like everyday US cops just come closer and closer to actual GTA police. Arresting stone cold sober kids, people driving under the speed limit (because going over requires too much effort), anything that’ll make the chief happy.
That's it right there.
To be honest, as a cop for more than a decade in a foreign country, the big problem you face in the USA with your police forces is that your officers lack either formation and common sens. Another issue is the lack of management : it seems that every agent is doing whatever he wants whenever he wants. This can't work : you need strong leadership.

Which is crazy since there are plenty of ACTUAL drunk drivers out there they could be charging!
If anyone questions why law abiding citizens don't trust law enforcement personnel...
Here's your reason.
Actually & sadly this is only one of many!
This kid actually went back and lectured the officer about this stop and said something like "we expect better." An absolute Chad.
Chad thundercock. (Stole that from someone else but it applies for tayvan)
He even demanded and received an apology. Absolute legend
@@adonisgomez161 well it wasn't a proper apology, "sorry I guess" is like when you tell your kid to say sorry to his brother for hitting him and they do that fake "sorry". Insincere.
It was the kid who was wrongfully accused of drinking while driving and then accused of smoking dope since the drinking thing didn't turn out so well...then the kid came back and lectured the dumba**** cop like he was his Dad...too funny!
Yup. Winters is 300+ lbs but 19yo Tayvin was the bigger man. 🤦
