1 Tablespoon AP Flour
1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Finely Chopped Celery Stalk
1-2 Chopped Carrots
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves

Cooking tip: Trader Joe's sells a 16 Oz container of chopped onions, carrots and celery. It's a soup mix and or ready to saute. I broke my arm so it's my "go to" when I makes soups or my potatoe salad. Also saves time and $$$.

I know this is a lot... but bare with me please. I’m always watching your videos during the day on our TV... I had to hop on here via my cell and tell you what I’ve been thinking from SOOOOO many videos ago... I FRIGGEN LOVE YOU! Your family is awesome. Your personality is awesome. I love the way you do things and own your own way. I feel like we’re neighbors. Lol I cried when I watched the video where you guys had mentioned the ignorant turds who commented about the whole “go back where you...” thing. I don’t even wanna say it. I’m sorry that that happened to you, people can be real idiots. ALSO... something else... you’re an amazing mother. (Yeah we all have flaws so don’t even go there... I can see you saying you’re not perfect or something 🙄🤣 but honey... YOU ARE AMAZING!) I love how you talk to, treat and include your kiddos. I can see in some of the videos that in the beginning you’re stressed to the max, but near the middle to end of the recipe you’re doing so much better like it’s medicinal and it’s beautiful. I have yet to see a recipe that wasn’t delicious looking and yes I’ve tried several. We’re having your momma’s turkey for Christmas this year. The most recent one we had was the carne con chile. My two year old appreciates you too and loves the Mexican rice and agua frescas! Lol! She and the hubs Both!! I don’t have the cojones to make the tortillas... or the tamales 🤣 I guess I’m overthinking it. We’re in a tiny house and the kitchen is SOOOOOO small, with not a lot of counter space. Not to get mushy... but my little family is in the other half of the States than my other family members and friends... I get the stay at home mommy blues and you bring me home and settle my soul every time I watch one of your videos. I am autistic... I was worse when I was a kid, but I’m so much better now than I was and most people don’t know unless I tell them. The way you teach us how to make the recipes makes so much sense to me. When I was 19 I was a nanny for for children ages 3 to 8 and they were all very finnicky until I taught them how to cook. 2 of them would be up on stools and all of them would have a job to do in the kitchen. We would make meals every day and they would eat every single bit of it. They said I was the best chef but they were the best chefs and they learned to love cooking. They tried different types of food from around the world and they went from being finicky to loving almost everything. When I 1st met them they were all pretty scrawny but within a month and a 1/2 they gained weight and looked healthy.
