To be fair I did not watch Black Clover 🤷🏽♂️
l'm gonna take time out of my day to explain why deku would get one shotted by base asta. First of all asta is faster than the speed of light, because he was able to parry and block light magic which is stated to be as fast as light itself. This isn't even asta greatest speed feat, this was around the beginning of the series around episode 36 or chapter 39 of the manga. Dekus greatest speed feat was when he outsped lady Nagats bullets which is around hypersonic++. Next is Asta's durability. He tanked a attack that could vaporize the ocean, and he still got back up, this is right before he got his black form so he is still in his base. And deku can probably survive a missle because shigiraki tanked one and barely survived. Next is strength. Asta can reflec magic attacks but only if he's actually strong enough to reflect the blast. During the elf base raid arch he, Zoro and Meroliones were fighting against three elves all of which scale higher than Ladrose the person who fired the ocean vaporizing attack at asta. So they all fire a attack that is considerably stronger than ladro's attack, Zoro reflects doubling the speed and strength asta hits it back to Zoro to increase the power again and then asta deflects it right back at the elves. So to summarize, a attack that is stronger than ladros ocean vaporizing attack, gets multiple by three times, gets reflected back at the elves by asta with pure strength IN HIS BASE FORM. That is over multicontinental POSSIBLY MOON LEVEL. The force that attack held and asta casually reflects it back. And deku is what? Country? At most. This is all in the anime btw I haven't even gotten into the manga. Asta even has a universal feat. His infinity slash which could cut through dimensions. Which death battle so conveniently left out. They low balled asta so much

Black clover exploded in popularity, it’s on hiatus right now so not hearing about it much. I still would say mha is more popular. This wasn’t a fair fight, Asta is an a universe where the feats are way more. It’s like comparing Naruto and Goku.
Even low teirs of black clover could solos the mha verse and black clover is better than mha any day of the week

Mha is not better than black clover every time I watch it it does not feel like it's own creation they tried to be like way to many shows combined and every time I watch it I think of other animes and deku is a trash mc who needs help almost evry fight and then bakugo the rippoff sasuke and vegeta I tried wathcing it it does not have as good moments as black clover and it has by far the worst anime fandom ever every fan is gay they identify as a couch they ship people that dont need to be shipped and they cosplay every character so bad the fans are cringey furry weirdos to me that need to chill and just watch the show and they character designs are unique but not the best looking I can never take dekus face seriously and the only chill looking character is todoroki

Haha this man first Black Clover fell off the face of the earth due to the fact that the anime couldn’t go anywhere because it was caught up to the manga so they stopped it at least for the time being which happened because of how big it was second in their respective universes while I haven’t watched all of either of the two anime deku is probably stronger in his universe but the black clover verse has a whole different level of power that my hero isn’t close to also strength of a character doesn’t determine how good their series is because you have goku who is insanely strong which while dbz is good and fun there are many many series better that have weaker characters (Ex. One Piece,Naruto, even some non battle anime’s like Haikyuu)
