4.7 Toyota Coolant Leak Under Intake Manifold

In this video I have a Toyota Tundra that just came in for an oil change and during my inspection found the coolant reservoir almost empty. This is a regular customer and we service this vehicle regularly and so I knew something was wrong. I was on the hunt and with some persistence I noticed coolant on the rear of the drive side cylinder head area so I began my hunt. I was able to spot a coolant leak at the rear of the intake manifold area and so my next step after approval from the customer was to remove intake manifold. I will show you the process and also what exactly the leak is and how to repair it. Let's get going.
