6:45 Ahh... Marsh grass is lovely. On a side note, this feels like what Thomas' Branchline would look like in America. There's a little windmill too! Adorable!
What I learned from this Prologue: *Every location on this railroad is Jerry territory apparently* Also, 3:32-3:38 *WHAT COMPANY WOULD BE SO ABSENT MINDED AS TO BUILD A SPUR LINE IN THE SAND?!!???!!!!* Seriously, that's like building an airport runway inside a f%cking Volcano.
1956 Packard Caribbean hardtop was brilliantly done. Cattails were appreciated. One thing not mastered yet, in my opinion, automobile windows. These are almost more fun than watching model railroad layouts.
I think I found out when this takes place! It takes place in the 50s. 1st of all: That was when the transition era of railroading happened. Here is some proof of that: The C&O probably just got some diesels. And the person we were riding with sounded like he didn't like them, but they also seemed new to him. 2nd of all: The Vietnam war was happening. Here is some proof: That canopy in the forest was probably used to cover the railroad from the Vietnamese.
Wish i could offer my VA services for this...maybe as that GTW #734 Ten Wheeler but apart from that im likin your series thus far man and keep up the good work whenever you can
I stilk think you should add one more freight locomotive either a consolidation or a Mikado although you might get lucky here this year because there will be some more grand trunk Western steam engines coming or add a Canadian national steam engine
Got some questions for ya lad. 1. Do you like EMD SD70MAc’s 2. What do you think of Amtrak’s new locomotives? 3. Why did Amtrak decide to cabbage all the f40ph’s 4. Why would EMD make it where the F59phi has the horn behind the exhaust to make it sound muffled. 5. Are my videos ok? 6. Is the northeast corridor cool? 7.not a question but my favorite locomotive is Amtrak 2051 and 8306 and 6951 are some of my favorites. 8. Your favorite horn? Mine is a K5LLA raised letter. Maybe GEVO. Anyway thanks for reading if you did and hopefully I will hear back from you. Enjoy your life.
Huh. GS's, obviously. MT's, I knew. AC-9's...still a bit offputting, but I'm aware. I didn't think SP gave Skylines to any of its Pacific's, save for the one used initially on the San Joaquin Daylight, and the T&NO's Pacific on the Sunbeam
Cool! Did you make the route,or was it made by someone else? Otherwise, the scenery was great, the locations were great, and the shots are great. Looking forward to Episode 1.
Thanks! I made the route/set myself, it spans about 100 or so baseboards in length, and 2-3 baseboards in width. (4-10 within industrial areas and diamond crossings, about 55 baseboards in width for the GTW owned track in the Buffalo area.) But thank you for your compliments! Took around 9 or so weeks to make the entire set but I think it was well worth it.
I agree, How about this for a character Bio. Ahem. And here we have Jane, the maintenance Inspection speeder. She mainly trundles up and down the line looking for areas of track that need immediate replacing. Despite her small size, the others have great respect for her watchful eye. And While she can't pull or push anything (save for the handcar), she is the one that can best convince Henry to pull a goods train, (which earned her the nickname of Sargent Jane.)

Since I live in Cass City, you've got me interested.
6:44 That scene reminded me of the Thomas the Tank Engine intro. Very clever 😉
Now I see it.
Me, too.
9:22 Puffa's whistle
I love how there's primarily steamers in this railway. I wish you luck my friend.

K&L Trainz is planning on making GTW 6325. Whenever that releases, maybe you could have 6325 as a cameo or something else?
Ethans automatically my favorite

6:40 looks like bootleg T&F is coming for ya
6:50 T&F season 1 intro anyone?
is it me or does the maintenance speeder make me chuckle with laughter? it's that small yet so cool.
I'm already interested in this series.
You live in Michigan And you never realized we don't have a tide.
Great video. Loved the animation. Like Thomas for the non-toddler set. :-D
Can’t wait for this series!!!

I literally stopped what I was doing and came here haha, Nice to see the product of your hard work. Also you sound different ahaha.
Thank you! The set and overall production was definitely a large project and undertaking. Reason I sound different is my new Blue Yeti Pro microphone.
Ah, I was thinking about a new mic, I need to get a Blue Yeti and fast (video deadlines), might as well order it now.
@@AmtrakGuy365 can you make a video of all railroads in Michigan pls🥺
1:38 what is the whistle and where did you get it
2:52 Where Did You Get The Crossing Sound From?

Those C&O GP7s are on the DLS, but do they have those sounds?

Why not make the speeder a character in the series ?
