Any of the locomotives, routes, and music I used are in the description so please check there if you're wondering where something is from! This is a bit of a different Trainz music video than usual as I wanted to do a bit more visual storytelling in this one, so hopefully you still enjoyed it! This will be the last Trainz music video for a little while and I'm going to try and focus on other videos so I'm not just constantly making these music videos over and over again. College has really got me tired out lately and I wanted to at least get a video out because it's been 2 weeks since my last upload, so I figured one more music video would be good since it doesn't require too much editing. Regardless, I really appreciate you all understanding my slower uploads due to college and I thank you for your continued support and patience. My next video should hopefully be Engines of New York Central the Hudson episode.
I love the refrigerated/reefer cars! From the coasts to the landlocked country, they give people food to eat. They are the best kind of rolling stock out there! Naturally, I enjoyed this! Thank you!
The music with trains running through the scenery,is just mind blowing. Like it matches with it perfectly.the last bit with the main central units going through the wood and small town my favorite.
6:20 This is somewhere north of Lima, Ohio. We can tell because of the DT&I locomotive and the Baltimore and Ohio CPL. The DT&I has trackage rights along the Toledo Division of the B&O just north of Lima. The exact interlocking I don't know.
Gotta say, really enjoyed the synth music in the background, really made a huge impact overall. Love the inclusions of the lesser seen railroads like Maine Central and B&M too! Great video overall!
Another excellent video by AmtrakGuy365, although computer animated it displays vintage Fruit Growers Express reefer cars and a PC one, which I have one of, Pennsylvania Railroad and Penn Central freight cars and a caboose. Again excellent work by AmtrakGuy. Thank you for posting.
Superb mid-1970s setting with astonishing attention to detail! I especially like the passenger trains passing. 2:04 to around 2:30 looks a bit like Tacoma with the northbound Coast Starlight passing through on the way to Seattle. I keep wondering what train the passenenger train at around 6:32 might be, shortly after your freight train passes the junction with the Grand Trunk RR.
1:45 useing a F units B unit for a booster is pretty neat seeing I bet that was common for some railroads in the 70s and 80s or 60s idk what time period this was in
@@Reading3412Studios I model primarily the Milwaukee which did not have any during its existence, though some of the banditized units did receive them during 1990s. IIRC, Canadian RR'S were (some of) the first to implement them.

Nice to see that again
I’ve got a question. What’s a steam locomotive you personally want to see?
Yes! Can't wait
N&W refrigeration car is good to add with others freight cars on a BN PC BM ME Railroad's thank you for this

I love how the video goes from happy music showing the BN train speeding along to Penn Central

This video deserves an Oscar for best short film.
So funny that you showed one of Penn Centrals 50 derailments a day xD that was a good touch
You have made many a Maine Central fans happy, myself included, nice video!
Yep I’m one to the only place you can see that paint Railfaning is the scenic railroad in Conway
Herber city UT has MEC painted locomotive, albeit began life as a BM
I really love the music at the beginning of the video. I’m a complete sucker for fretless bass.

5:27 ok the music that starts at this part just gives my insane classic Thomas music vibes and I love it!
2:10 - so at first I thought this was simulating Wenatchee, Wa - but that Amtrak clued me in. It NEVER arrives there during daylight hours. ;)
Nicely done!
Agreed
Good old MEC! Miss that era!
5:28 Penn Central derailment, how fitting
This was very nice! Loved it. This gives me those 1970's or 1980's vibes (mostly 1970's)
As a BN fan this had some eye candy for me
Awesome video. Really glad to see the Maine Central finally get some love.
you should try doing one of these videos with different passenger trains, I think it would be an interesting take!
Sometimes a freight car has it's own story to tell. Sometimes a fright car can be just as interesting as the locomotive pulling/pushing it
Nothing wrong with a little Trainz candy. Well done.
i love this.
The music. Its just too good.

bravo!!👍🏻👍🏻
I don't know much about the MEC, did they have ditchlights in 75-76? God, I love the sound of Alcos!!! nice work!
To answer your question, no. I believe the ditch lights were added around 1980-1983.
