To remain anonymous after winning, would still be a good idea, especially if you have people around you that you cannot not trust with the information of a large sum of money.
Every time I hear this one about the lady who kept the money from her husband and how he got the letter but they weren't married anymore and he opened her letter that's a federal offense he's not allowed to open her mail I'm surprised that they even let that go in court. And then to give him everything. It doesn't make sense 😮

I think it's always smart to keep it quiet - if you can - at least for the initial stages after claiming the prize and working out how to invest, where to live etc. In reality, no one is entitled to your winnings.
