  • Over the years I have been in a ton of car clubs and held a wide variety of officer positions, and as a result I have seen my fair share of club drama. Here are some tips on how to deal with it.

This was clarifying. I was an officer in a club, coming with a huge amount of experience for newsletter, marketing, etc. The amount of drama coming from cliques and a few others who just want everything to stay the way it had been 30 years earlier - not wanting any change whatsoever, and constant bullying from two others, I resigned. Newbies aren't welcomed but by those who aren't part of the clique. You're ignored by the clique. Awful experience.
