Yes I definitely agree this car is like the best car for me as I am kind of a noon at the game and on an 800 race I was literally like 2 laps ahead of the other cars 😃
I'll definitely give this setup a go, but I found the stock setup horrifically understeery and yet traction-limited on exit (very frustrating!). For the new Nürburgring PP800 event I just used the 2008 Nissan GT500 instead and comfortably did the whole race without pitting.
Awesome video... I'm enjoying the update. Physics adjustments made me nervous but the game is playing well at the moment, imo. DRS is a pleasant surprise on the RS5 even if it feels a smidge bit like cheating vs cars that are unable. I'd reckon they remove the advantage for sport mode.
I'll give it a go soon but I had to spend my credits on the legand porsches because I need to see them in the VR showroom. Being an Australian I need some of the V8 super cars ,after all their home is Bathurst and the do over 300km.
The 904 is amazing. I'll have tunes out for it soon. The 959 I like as well, takes a lot more work to get it tuned though I noticed. Both are great buys though!
Yeah I wish we got some classic V8 commos and falcons, they had them in Gran Turismo 4! Or at the very least a Camaro Gr.4 racecar so we can make faux Gen3 races
Tried this on Sardegna but it feels super slow compared to GR.1 cars for obvious reasons and I can't overtake anyone on hard. Lap time 1:42 which is horrible so either I'm doing something very wrong or it just can't compare to R92 or 787B which can easily do 1:30. Even CLK LM which is also GR.2 feels a lot better so idk this car didn't really amaze me so far
Might just be preference, I'm faster than 1:42 by far. I still prefer the 787B for grinding, but quite enjoy how this car feels. My main beef with the car is the sound doesn't quite seem right at the higher end of the band.
I 100 % agree with Everything You said in the First Minute. THIS THING doesnt even need an Extra Turbo the Build in is allready amazing i have it Set at 15 Start Accel, 45 Accelaration and 60 Brakepower and Like 330 kmh Max Speed for 1 Hour at Spa. And Yeah its the New King only the Mercedes CLK Race Car is better.
I played with it, and it's doable. But it's a lot of weight and a massive power reduction. I felt it was way way better at 800PP. Check the comments below I replied back to someone with the tune. But it kind of loses it's edge detuned that much.
Oh man, I bought this car, tried this exact tune and it shows 843.77 PP for me 😢 I tuned it down to 500 HP with max ballast and power restrictor. Not bad car, but I still like the Lexus SC430 GT500 better.
You can, and you can still win Le Mans with it. Your time will be gained on corners though, because detuned you'll hit like 150ish on the straights. Fuel economy is good for 4+ laps though at mapping 1 so you'll also make up time with a single pit. I think it's much better at 800PP. If you wanted to though make the following changes: Front Downforce = 728 ECU = 76% Ballast = +200 @5 Power Restrictor = 85% Manual Transmission (geared at 250). Ratios... 1st = 2.850 2nd = 2.130 3rd = 1.701 4th = 1.421 5th = 1.224 6th = 1.050
My best lap was 1:37.2. Overall time was 25:44. Again not the cleanest race like I mention in the video, nor was I pushing it hard. 1.32 seems like an excellent run!
@@Voss44 nice, was just wondering. Gearbox ratios is where it's pace lies as you can run map 1 all the way with some short shifting. The ability to run at map 1 more than makes up for the slight short shifting
I'm out at a birthday party I can't check my replay for a bit (out of town). Once i pull up my replay I'll let you know some lap times and my total on that run. 🤜
Great to see you doing tunes again, can't wait to try this one
Great tune. Never tried this race, loved it. Thanks again.
wow! this car is fantastic! and your setup making it unstoppable. thanks for your videos and sharing these amazing setups
I'm glad they added another gr2 car. Nice review, glad to see you back

Its a great car, and I hope we see more DTM cars come to the game. Maybe the 90's Opel next??
it absolutely is the new king of the 800 pp races
Yeah great car, I love this thing!
Will check this tune out. The Toyota GR010 seems really good at 800pp after this update. PD had nerfed it a while ago IMO
It’s better now? It was so understeery and uncontrollable at times
I’ll check it out. Have it in my garage just haven’t played much with it.
Fantastic setup on a fantastic car,a like from me and is also fantastic to use on the 1 hour spa 800pp race!!

Thanks for the video. Fun car!

They've buffed a lot of cars in the 800PP range. Seems like it's almost across the board.
Love your vids man even just for entertainment purposes not necessarily just the tunes 👍. Keep it up
Loved your video. Loved the detail and the ease to understand. You are very professional.
Subscribing was a no brainer.
Appreciate the sub! Thank you!
Good too hear you again 👍
Thank you! Works been killer lately been tough to make some vids, but carving out some time again!
@@Voss44 happy days, will look forward to the vids👍
Nice work. I like it
Welcome back!
Thank you! I'll have more tunes coming shortly!

Absolutely!
This car also has a drs wing that as far as i can see doesn't add pp as a rear body modification
Good find I'll check it out!

Love your car reviews? Is 700pp possible or no?

qeustion, why is your toe angle front out, rear in. doesn that make it understeer?
Can you make a tuning Video on the McLaren 650S GT3 15? :-) I love your Videos!
Sure i can add it to the list. Might be a week or so out though, I've got a few vids in the hopper!
@@Voss44 thank you! I will watch them all ;-)
In a recent video by AMS Dood, he found the R92CP to be the best car with a total time of 23 minutes almost 22
I'll check it out!

Prefer it to the 787b tune?
787B is non stop still. But the Audi is a way more engaging drive.

Super DTM Car 800pp Super Thx so mutsh GT7 just wan for 700pp pls 😊😊
🔥🏆🏁🍻
It has bad sound 😢 but love that car.
Too much understeer for me. The lexus gr2 is still the best for me. This is 2 and the clk lm is 3.
Lexus is a great choice!
His nerfed 😠
Group 2, not grade 2
Oh fair comment. Thank you!
On video you driving against lower class car
Yeah for sure, the car is detuned. Point of the vid is more so that you can use the new Audi to credit grind, and it holds up well even detuned.
Any reason you at least acknowledged every comment other than mine
