Another unfortunate thing caused by the Cox, are a few select types of epilepsy.
Well it doesnt cause them persay, however, it triggers the epileptic events.
I suffer from a neuro-type epilepsy, that is to say, the area effected by my epilepsy is the brain, rather than the body.
When having an episode, i get sudden severe migraines, that are so intense, i am completely paralyzed by pain, unable to do much more than cry and squeeze my eyes shut, waiting for it to end.
My first seizure was when i was 2. I was 5 when they determined the migraines were caused by epileptic reactions in my brain. I was 24 when they determined that the seizures were being triggered by the Cox randomly increasing blood flow in some areas of my brain, trigger a seizure in the special part of the brain that regulates, of all things, pain reception, and the area that sends signals to increase or decrease flood flow...in my brain...
the resulting chaos causes the blood vessel in my brain to constrict, while the Cox actively tells them to relax, while my brain continuously receives pain signals with no origin, causing the pain to simply 'stay' in my head...
    Medication has helped, i used to have 3-10 seizures a week....now i have them...maybe 2-6 times a year.

One thing that bugs me is that we are at the same time told that we are having stronger immune system than ever before because we get in contact with so many (well it is 2020 now :P). So which is it? I think it is both, we are prone to more airborne diseases than ever before and also more variety of them than ever before since many of them will come from the other side of the world. However we are much less prone to other types of infections such as food poisoning and open wound infections. Not sure how our bodies adapt to that.

Though it was a little odd that it was never called acetylsalicylic acid (ASA); seeing as how Aspirin is Beyer's name for it I was half expecting "this episode brought to you by Beyer."
Thanks youtube demonetization, now I keep expecting ads shoehorned into everything.

And not everyone who has plaques are fat! People who look otherwise healthy can already have plaques in their arteries!
The process cannot be reversed, unfortunately, and there are things that can make it worse (e.g. high blood pressure associated with high sodium diet or high stress) or less worse (e.g. exercise). The high-fat diets we have nowadays certainly does not help the situation.

Nice video. I am not sure it is proven that the deposits come from fatty diets however. I know the whole diet question is pretty komplex but there is enough evidence, as far as I know, that especially plant based fatty diets can help to dissolve the deposits.
