there was plans to make another bricked banking on the south end as well but it never got made due to the outbreak of ww2. would love to simulate that!!
Every one thinks this track is easy 🤣 if you think this is easy try going around the worlds steepest banking in motorsports history at 200mph plus there have been many a driver who have died on that banking including a great French driver called Jean Bahra he was killed in 1959 in a sports car f1 support race
See this is the AVUS I was talking about. Also I was looking up on weirdest F1 tracks and I saw one that I was interested to ask you if you want to. It’s just totally optional. You don’t have to do it if you want. It’s called Pescara. 25.8 km of racetrack taking it to the old days of road racing. So if you want to then maybe Pescara next for a hot lap. Now I know that you’re saying no but I just thought I would ask but I understand that you don’t want to. As long as you’re cool with what you got then I’m cool.
Zandvoort: I have the most banked corner Monza Oval: No! I have the most banked corner! ???: Amateurs Monza Oval: What was that, punk? AVUS: *amateurs*
Nice video. However, I think the color of the banked turn is way off. Take a look at an original colored image of the turn. You can find a picture by googling for "The Velobanjogent - Color Flash Back" and clicking on the first result (blogspot). Cheers
That is NOT avus circuit from its Gp days in 1950s.The straights were nowhere near that long ! If You go off at the banking You might not recover as recorded by Jean Behras death in '59 !
if you oversteer on that banking and overcorrect it you got a free flight to the uk
I dont understand...
@@ilikef1511 he meant if you loose control, you can go flying too far...
@@racingdemon6117 ahhh right
Comment of the century
I'm pretty sure alot of people died flying off the end
When she tells you she's alone at home : 0:01
Then you realise you forget condoms : 0:39
Lol
This officially the weirdest track in the world.
Was. They don’t hold races here anymore, and in the 90s the banking was removed.
Pescara?
I want to Dee Tbf he didn’t say ‘is’ either.
Basically a highway with a turn, and a brick wall banking
Brooksland is the weirdest track
Spa : I Can Get A Top Speed
Avus 1959 : Hold My Beer
hold my limiter
No chicane Le mans: Say what?
Nordschleife: I have the longest
Old Monza: did you summon me?
Old Spa: Go home kiddo
Engines: We can last at least 6 race weekends!
Avus: I'm about to end this man's whole career!
Monza: fastest track ever
Avus: hold my beer
You forget the old Spa!
This no track
This is a freeway
Is a monster
It is really
No shit sherlock ?
Basically Germany’s road
The track actually was made up of 2 freeways connected with a couple of turns.
Brake failures here would be unholy my goodness
Ferrari 2019: we have the fastest car
Ferrari 2020: well.... that’s gonna be a problem
Dies afterwards
The outline of this circuit literally looks like a hairpin.
Sebastian vettel: goes around huge banking
Also Sebastian vettel: s🅱️in on de bankin'
Unfunny
This track is awesome
Imagine the SF1000 on this track😬😶
German approach to speedy circuit. 2 straight lines, 2 turns, and don't forget one of them has a 43° banking. Ja ja.. Das ist sehr interessant
The top speed is so constant that the engine cuts off and, with the help of the drag, slows the car a little bit, it's amazing!
Still waiting for oschersleben...
Imagine having a brake failure
there was plans to make another bricked banking on the south end as well but it never got made due to the outbreak of ww2. would love to simulate that!!
Happy the vids here!
thanks for the video
Finally the Cotton Bud AVUS, not the Golf Club AVUS.
LOL😂😂😂
Thanl you for this track, thats what i wanted to see
The whole track is just one big drs zone
The tankslapper madness
I’m pretty sure the engines would die before they get to the 2nd turn
Every one thinks this track is easy 🤣 if you think this is easy try going around the worlds steepest banking in motorsports history at 200mph plus
there have been many a driver who have died on that banking including a great French driver called Jean Bahra he was killed in 1959 in a sports car f1 support race
I want the 1952 Reims circuit
How did people a few decades ago think racing in circuits like this was a great idea?
Ikr?
The real AVUS
looks like something out of trackmania
Imagine if they race here again
if u go to the banking with drs u just gave urself a free fright to heaven
Wow nice track #2
Your average autobahn commute to work
Imagine DRS malfunctioning on this track

Can you do Pescara, please?
Imagine this with Indycar, with no ABS, small spoilers, and no traction control
In 2019, Ferraris would be 2 seconds ahead, in 2020 they would be 2 seconds behind Mercedes
40K before Christmas ?
Can you make a video with Pescara Circuit?
Would they even run wings here if they ever went here??
That's a highway mate.
Nice video. However, I think the color of the banked turn is way off. Take a look at an original colored image of the turn.

How many attempts did it take to master that banked turn lol.
I'd rather go for 380km/h instead of 345km/h
the track looks weird because it was literally a part of the Auto Bahn
MVP:brake 340kmh form 60 need 1s
Pescara next?
Average speed is about 300-320
Sugo and Autopolis please
That is NOT avus circuit from its Gp days in 1950s.The straights were nowhere near that long ! If You go off at the banking You might not recover as recorded by Jean Behras death in '59 !
Bruh 345km/h with DRS, 12530 RPM (rounds per minute)
Daniel Molnár I thought it was revs per minute
but still slow for an f1 car right?
i thought an f1 car can go till 360 km/h
It is fast for an f1 mod car
15 000 rpm
@@ghifariapr402 maybe in 2019, this year the f1 cars have more downforce
Why botherrr with the right hand turn amidst wafffer thin walls???
I can't found the AVUS high banked oval in the google Earth 😥
It was demolished in the 60s for safety concerns (obviously)
@@dani02_mmd owh, i see! Ok, thanks for your information 😃
when you fail the bank turn:
*YOU'RE GOING TO BRAZIL*
Im surprised the Ferrari never break down
Pescara circuit please 😭🙏🙏
it looks like a fishing hook lol
Thats fast for a Ferrari
Is this at ehra lessien?
Just imagine how much time the ferrari powered cars would lose on the huge straight if they raced on this track this year 😂
Indycar: Hold my beer
They should've used this track measure the top speed of the Chiron instead.....
Hey remember me
Which game is this?
So basically it's a highway
I wonder how much fuel they need
Ferrari maximum 354km/h vettel 345km/h
Yes love the vids I was first
No, and nobody cares
This track would be easy, but if you messed up you would be instantly dead
Hmm very long . Much straight.
even on this track the modern f1 would still not get almost any overtakes during the race
Ferrari would be 19-20 over the whole weekend
A very interesting and a very dumb track at the same time.
Avus 1995
the undulation of Nordkurve and absurd
Just a highway lol
cant really tell if thats a fast lap time or not.. anyways, still too fast for current ferrari
Q: How high should the banking on this turn be?
A: Yes.
