Well in terms of relativity, yes. Overall, hell no. This car is much faster than every other F1 car ever.

It's not. Across the 9 tracks that are unchanged between the v10 era and the hybrid era the v10s are winning 5-4. Have a look at the current lap records and check which tracks haven't been changed and you'll see it yourself.
Plus in terms of overall race time Schumacher 2004 would have lapped the Hybrid Mercedes like 20 times in the course of a season. Check overall race times and you'll see this.
If this isn't the definition of dangerously fast then I don't know what it means, Wow
It‘s so fun and engaging when your on a hotlap like that on asetto corsa, besides like the physical experience of the car you really get an adrenalin rush and its kind of addictive to always trying to do another faster lap

@Apollo The Mercedes W09 from synapse is on the same level of accuracy if not better than the codies. Shame the F1 games have such accurate cars but don't use them to their full potential.

@@LittleLightIsaOnce We have not had Ferrari dominate since 2004 and their last wdc was in 2007 which they won by one point, people are very happy to see ferrari fighting again because its been a while.

Despite the weight, cars have become faster and faster. With tire technology always getting better with time, I‘m pretty sure we haven‘t seen the fastest F1 car, yet. The most spectaculars for sure, but not the fastest ☺️
They could probably push 1500 hp unrestricted
Great lap, but I think in person that car will not handle anything like that. The Nurburgring is really bumpy, and that would affect the handling/cornering speed massively which is not apparent in this video.
Regardless, a smooth lap and good drive
Edit: on the home straight aswell, notice how the screen is shaking due to the bumps but the vehicles suspension is as still as anything!

With a proper setup it can do it
@BTICronox Thats for the current generation of cars which uses the soaking effect, cars from previous eras were way more flexible in terms of how high they could go without sacraficing too much of the downforce.
@@satolatifi24 Nope, these f1 cars dont have enough suspension travel to handle these kind of bumps/undulations.
A massive redesign will be needed to get this car to run reliably at the ring.
@BTICronox softer suspension and higher travel, both can be adjusted

@@Timpanii compare the percentage of wins tho. MP 4/4 won 17 out of 18 races in 1988. The W11 could only win about 12 out of 17 races. The W11 sure is fast, but compare with other cars of other eras fairly

I don't think those C3's would have lasted the whole lap. and like some people mentioned, NR is very bumpy. Though it was incredible to watch!

@@joejohnnys Look carefully at the Porsche. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe It didn't go over any of the high curbs. Also it avoided the carousel. In this video you can see the car over the curbs at 0:25 1:09 3:18 and many more places and also taking the carousel. If the Porsche did the same I'm sure it will break something.

The W11 is literally the best F1 car ever made. The RB9 is 2nd, Ferrari SF2004 is 3rd, McLaren MP4/4 is 4th.

How can you drive with softs around here? Every time I use soft tyres on a F1 car they overheat after a couple of fast corners. I've played around with tyre pressures but that hasn't helped me so far. Is there a mod to turn tyre temps off or something?
Maybe try getting the gearing right. This car should not be topping out at 310km/h. It should be hitting 340km/h at the very least.

I've seen people do 4:5x in Assetto Corsa using the 919 Evo. Only the real life time counts either way

An absolute insult to motorsport. Should never have raced with DAS. Always view this as an illegal car. DAS is a driver aid which is explicitly BANNED under F1 regulations. The fact it raced fills me with disgust.
