I can't stand Japanese background music and sometimes they take the humour too far. Too bad the English dub completely ruined the second half of the Metarex arc or I would just prefer the English version.

This is the japanese version of the show. The 4 kids English dub removed and/or changed the dialoge for some of this so that's a reason you may or may not remember some of this. I hope this was helpful to you hun!
