    How many hanuman danda asana should be performed in a day

      Do little leg warm ups before Hanuman Dand. During Dand you can place a folded towel below your knees

      Kisi bhi nayi training ki starting me body pain hona bohut swabhavik he. It will become normal within a few days

      Only do if it's a muscles pain and not tendon cuz it means u are rupturing your rotator cuffs. I did dand and one mrng i damaged both so keep an extra eye on it
