Thank you doctor. Another common stomach problem we see among youngsters especially working IT or similar jobs is that feeling to go to toilet just after eating food. I have this problem for very long time and even some of my friends. The motion is always look like not fully digested. Can you please talk about that and give a solution. I am sure this is very common for which so many dont know what to do.

One doubt sir.. I got regular constipation when having milk.. Then I realized and stopped milk. After that no constipation at all.. So for some body, milk will create constipation?
Yeah it happens.. probably u r lactose intolerant.. the lactose in milk causing this issue.. by any chance, hav u tested other milk products lik paneer, ghee, high fat curd??

How many hours our bowels take to digest our food taken. For instance if I take my lunch at 1:30pm wil it be digested and ready to push out the wast material from the big intestine? In me it takes only 1: 30 to : 4:00! My poop looks black! When pushing out the first push is so hard and after that too loose for two to three times! What is the problem in me.
