This is one of the best classic alien tv shows. Way ahead of it’s time and it’s producers just knew enough facts and myths to create this show. It came too close to the truth and got removed from airing on television.
@@FranciscoPereira-px6mu Wwwwwhat? I find it difficult to believe government and politicians would ever hide anything from us!!?? They're soooooo transparent.
@@FranciscoPereira-px6mu It already has. We need to stop looking to government for answers, as a system they can't even think themselves out a paper bag. Conversely, if the people lead, they must follow. After all, WE vote them in to do OUR bidding!!
I do love this show. But some simple logic alone can prove that Roswell had nothing to do with the military or government, at least not at first. The crash was just sitting out there, all alone, for 3 whole days before a farmer found it. Police came, then some local Air Force liaisons. The story was reported as is. THEN, after the news had worked its way up the military hierarchy, and only then, did they clamp down with the fake weather balloon story and full might of the government's secrecy machine. If the military shot it down, they would have scoured the desert until they found it, and would never have allowed the story to leak. They simply had no idea it was there until after the fact.
@@Idkijustlike2useRUclips I don't publish anything myself, I'm too busy these days, but I would recommend the Dark Journalist YT channel. His 'X Series' is probably well over 2000 hours now of diligent, deep research into this and related material. It's really amazing just 'how much' wonderful information there is for us to digest, though it's ironically getting harder nowadays to find it.
It's the gangillion speaking. Not the alien. Once you remove the gangillion thing inside the alien. The alien itself would be communicating not the gangillion.
Terrible special effects, I had forgotten. But I loved the show back in 97 when it first aired. Too bad this show was cancelled. I was really getting into it back in the day. A nice alternative to the X-Files. And obviously cashing in on the success of Independence Day and X-Files, as well as the big UFO conspiracy industry of the time. Boy was I into it big time.
I'm watching the series and the effects are very good - aliens, spacecraft, glanglion... etc., top-notch. Some special effects of that time can ruin a film/TV programme, but not this.
Well, not as much as ours... Hollywood always shows them as unutterably evil then wants us to welcome them... Almost like they already have ganglia or whatever in their pointy heads...
Excellent sci-fi.... once you suspend disbelief. Only criticism is the introduction of 'Juliet Stewart' AKA gun-toting psychobabe - series loses focus, especially with Loengard on absurd special forces operations in Vietnam and Russia.
Whoever played the part of Truman did a great job.
He just threw that on the table. "Unconditional surrender". Just badass.
"If you come in peace.. surrender or be destroyed! If you've come to make war.. we surrender!'

I remember watching this show on nbc in the 90s but the powers to be took it off
Yes, they want to keep people out of the truth.

limited edition of the truth, not for everybody.

Very well said.
You sound like you have some wisdom age to yourself. Is there somewhere we can read more on your analysis, etc?

That's not the alien saying those words. It's that ganglion thingy in the aliens head that's talking.
If xcom was a a movie, this would be it

Does that ever happen in the series
@@JohnJohn-jq7cdit's a fact. This alien is implanted with one of those ganglion parasites.
Will you add the next bit where the panicked soldier shoots the spaceship down?
Yeah
It wasn't a panicked soldier was it? Didn't they shout to the soldiers SHOOT IT DOWN!! after the alien says that...

Better effects than X-Files had at the time. X Files just avoided showing the aliens instead.
