Of a truth, Kafui Dey is a great host. Am a Zulu from South Africa and am married to a Ghanaian man from Nkawie in the Ashanti region. I've been to the palace museum on 3 occassions, however, the education I've recieved from this interview is just beyond me. Am just speechless! Thank you Gtv Ghana. Greetings from KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
U see how freely you where able to move without any fear what so ever tell your country people that Ghanaians are not xenophobic thank you am also a Ghanaian living in South Africa
This is impressive. Dr. Osei Bonsu Safo Kantanka you are really informed. Greetings from Nii Botwe-Chrysolite, your very, very, very close friend in Nungua.
Come and see a big forest reserve just close to the manhyia palace. This forest is Soo green and freshly. How I wish we develop the country like the forest reserve fenced nicely at the manhyia palace
I believe he had wanted to say non-Asantes but couldn't find the right words. No Ghanaian is a foreigner to other parts of our country. We are all one people.
Being foreign mean not originating from a place or being a native. Context may differ but it can even be used for anyone away from his original home even in the next town or even home.
I always say this that we do have problems with or l and r but if an Ashanti is educated and speaks English then he really speaks English …..just look at this man !!! His pronunciation and everything damn!!!
I REALLY NEED THE HISTORY &SECRETIVE SPIRITUAL BELIEFS OF THE GREAT "GOD" OF THE ASHANTIS GREAT POWERFUL "CHINICHI".HAS HE BEEN ABANDONED.WHERE'S god"CHINICHI"?
Very poor videoing skills. When a building is being spoken about it is imperative to direct the camera there so we can see. Focus has been so much on the presenters. Thanks for the education though. Well done Mr Dey.

He was right, because Ghana came to be in 1957. The Ghana itself was made up of kingdoms coming together to form a union. So if someone travel outside his or her kingdom to another area you're a foreigner to the new kingdom. So those migrated into the Ashanti kingdom were foreigners.
The almost absence of forts and castles in Kumasi, Ashanti and Brong Ahafo, Western, Northern Regions testify that the areas were hardly fell under the British Rule.

I don't like that he calls other Ghanaians foreigners!!! Kafui is very professional man❤
I believe he had wanted to say non-Asantes but couldn't find the right words.
No Ghanaian is a foreigner to other parts of our country. We are all one people.
Let’s not forget the context in which this was said and take it literally. This is very educative and interesting.
Foreigners means 'hohuo' non- Asante. It was lost in translation, don't overthink it.
Being foreign mean not originating from a place or being a native. Context may differ but it can even be used for anyone away from his original home even in the next town or even home.
how is ah)ho) called in English? Always trying to find fault for Asantes😅
It is a own community on itself
I can see the Kings palace still has land for Massive projects in the years ahead
Manhyia palace is 100 acres square

Do Baole still consider themselves Ashanti's? And do Ashanti's in Ashanti region consider those who's ancestor's migrated to Koforidua as Ashantis?
Most of the artifacts are stiil with Brish or in private hands.

Kafui
At least place now looks good after the anniversary. It use to be terrible
No touching 😎
So Asanties mean warriors Asa which is war
Asa, war te, because of
They will still say Asantes are intolerant. 'Forkin' people
I thought he was going to say people not from the Country, he literally called Ghanaians foreigner.
Because we the Asantes knows that we're a country of its own
I believe he had wanted to say non-Asantes but couldn't find the right words.

Pardon him everyone ,English is not our language he is trying to explain the best he can in English so let's pardon him
Smh😂...Everyday busy finding faults . Can't u get the "context" of the Statement than 2 blame.
