Yeah, I am so glad I found your channel. I love your clear instructions, thank you! I would love to see some tutorials on how to embellish the clothing, like adding trim, ribbons, lace, etc...or different ways you can make a waistband if drafting your own skirts. Thanks again!!!
Thank you for your lovely feedback!! I’ll add your suggestions to my list of videos to make. It’s a long list so I can’t promise that I’ll be able to share these soon. 😊
That was an unnecessary question right there, the answer was (as usual) just in front of my eyes. Anyway, used the same thread to hem my jeans but with the regular lock stitch. Looks pretty good but that coverstitch is just awesome. It really replicates nicely the original chain stitch hem.

So glad I found you! Wanting to learn to cover stitch. So nice to see actual sewing in the round. So many tutorials show flat demo fabric.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. I’m really glad you found me too 😊

Great video thanks so much! Does the chain stitch have enough stretch to hem skinny jeans for example?
Hi, I have a question. Which cheaper model of singer that can do chain stitching on jeans? I look forward to your answer. Thanks
Very informative, thank you! What is the sewing thread thickness, color and brand you used for this project? It really matches nicely the original.

How to get the roped effect on the hem?
Try a combination of adjusting the differential feed dial and the presser foot pressure
