At 4:00 when the chef opens the wonder bread - was awesome in so many ways. The baller action in the first place, then the spot on reaction. That was priceless.

Holy crap. This is one of the best damned food videos I've watched. I'm not familiar with the channel, but this is killer content. What a great cast of characters and foods. Drooling for 90 minutes!
The stock makes a tremendous difference if you want to reduce it to make a sauce. You can however help yourself out with some gelatin sheets so you can at least "fake" the nice velvety consistency of a demi glace style sauce
Alternatively, could you have sous vide a bain marie with a metal container with the cut of meat inside? Wondering if that would work. More experiments and content for you guys to play with 😂

For those who don’t know, Ben (the taller guy) moved on from the Meat Hook for other opportunities, which is probably why the show ended

I like this guy. I’m a cheese, lettuce and ketchup guy. Less is more on a burger. But I could do everyday just a cheeseburger. Nothing else.

That first steak is medium well, not medium rare. Medium rare still has uncooked meat in most of the center. Thats all the way cooked in the center
