I tried to scream/sing one of DA games songs last week and I instantly killed my voice for 3 days because I don't know what I'm doing, but it gave me whole new respect for Will and what he does.

A bit late, but theres two techniques, fry scream and false chord. I think Will uses fry, not completely sure though. If you just jump into screaming you could seriously hurt your voice, so uhh, ya know... don't. I assume you prolly went on to learn screaming, but if not I can give you the whole run down on fry and false chord, I use fry for my highs and false chord for my lows. Its always best to help the noob screamers so they can keep their voices, just reply if you want some help.
