Daily Routine starting from tomorrow: push ups, inspirational video, breakfast, meditation Like for extra pressure I'll check tomorrow to see how many are counting on me
Well said well said here is my routine Wake up Motivational video Heathy breakfast Audio book on bus Work hard at school Come home Homework Heathy snack Practice trumpet Clean room Relax
i know this was 5 years ago, but i have been taking the advice of your videos to heart. having someone tell me that i can change has helped me. im starting my morning routines simple/ only every week adding on eor two new things until im satisfied with it. seems to be the best way to start one without stressing myself out. thank you for this video and all of the other ones you have posted. im taking control of my life and turning it around.
Wake up 8: - 8:30 If the weather is good, go for a jog and some belly reducing exercise. Else, do yoga. Eat some healthy food. Decide what to do for the day Breakfast. :) Thanks, if you read it.
Just created my routine, from my past experiences, if you are not realistic about the possible variations (example, I'm a realtor, some appointments might come up 30 mins after the time you usually wake up, or let's say, week end routines!) you will probably go off track, so a good idea that I will try as of tomorrow is to plan out a few scenarios, and prepare some variations in your day in order to be able to do everything and feel in control of your start/end of days no matter what. Thanks for the video !
Great video! But I personally don't consider watching or reading the news in the morning as a bad habit, since it might also be a way of expanding one's knowledge. I agree, though, that breakfast shouldn't be a side activity. I also prefer listening to music instead of audio books in the bus - but I definitely could add reading a book while doing so. Thank you :)
Maybe because is not the best idea start the day hearing or watching *bad news* , because once you put the news on TV, at least the 60% of the news are about homicides and that stuff.
Your inducing the negative part of the world in your head the news just looks for the negative things to get your attention. I bet there’s more good in the world than bad but the news makes you think there’s not
Nice video! My advice for anyone interested in creating a routine and developing new habits, would be to start with small steps and few changes. Don't aim for a lot of things all of a sudden cause it might be overwhelming and after a few days or weeks you might find yourself unable to cope with the amount of energy you're needed to invest in this. Start with one or two easy things for the morning routine and pick an important activity you want to introduce in your life and stick with those for the moment. When you feel everything's going smoothly and the effort you're investing in getting to do those actions is pretty small, then you can think of something else. Also, don't fall into the trap of organizing your whole life in routines. It will consume you. Leave yourself some space too and make it a habit of getting out of your comfort zone rather than creating a lot of new specific habits. Being able to go against what your body and your mind want, when you consciously know they are not right, is what will most likely keep you sane. For example, you come tired from work, it's winter and you have two options: 1. Go for a walk and discover a new calisthenics park, integrate with the people working out there, start working out with them and do a nice run on the way back to home. 2. Listen to what your body and your mind say and stay home where's warm and cozy. Choose 1 and your evening will be extraordinary every time you do that (of course, the body can't take doing this every single day, but you got the point). So, go into the unknown from time to time (meet new people, try a new hobby like painting, DJ-ing, hiking etc.) and you'll be surprised of how well you'll feel after doing this. But, like I said, everything with small steps. You'll never even have time again to overthink about a "struggle with life" and you'll naturally start to feel the lack of permanency in everything surrounding us. Peace & love
I used to do w1, then I improved to w2. I was winning in life & worked my ass off. I settled on my accomplishments & so was back to a like a mix of 1&2. Now I'm going back to 2; but I wanna maintain a certain comfort level. Cause that's just dope. I feel like I burned myself out. I could never do as much work again as I used to do; it's like being really old in the head while really just being pretty young still. It's kinda weird. I just can't do it anymore; even if I want & try to. It's actually really harsh. I can't do stuff that I don't have fun or passion doing anymore. It's like falling down a trap & not being able to get out on ones own. You try and try. Your mindset doesn't shift. It's like you still think you can do anything but your body just can't cope anymore. So then your mindset kinda shifts over time to fit your true abilities & congrats. You're in a truly difficult place.
I just wanna thank you, thanks for your content, thanks for helping people, thanks for the ideas... if only people could just leave social media and stupid stuff for a while, and start reading, sure it would be a diferent world...
Hi, I am very much thankful to you, for ur kind suggestion and advice. All of your video is very much helpful and highly motivated. There is request to you would you please suggested me some book to read in morning . There
Nice. I'm having a morning routine for some time and it's the biggest change I made recently, I'm on holiday so I Have a lot of free time. Can you make a video about that, how to fill your free time?
Can you do a video on how to make videos like you do? i.e. editing software, animations, creating the script for the video, where yo find the music or pictures, etc... Your videos are great keep up the awesome work!!!
I wish I could have the time to implement these. For example, I wish I could read. But I have no time. How could I get time? I wake up 4:45 every morning but still my day is shit. I hate my job!
Guys which animation style do you prefer? Do you like the blackboard animation or this classic whiteboard with vignette? Let me know!
blackboard animation
The blackboard. It's more unique
Project Better Self The blackboard is better. Keep it up with the good work
Remove the vignette
Good video with great counseling. The best background will depend but I think a darker one will be better. It could be dark green for example

That is an awesome solution.. Multiple scenarios seems like a sound plan.
