I love how bone gets to add spicy jazz and horn adds calmer chill stuff. Trumpets seem to have stepped on a field of legos though, won’t stop screaming.
it's not as perfect as the original, but i guess that's what happens when an actual quintet tries playing it. props to the first trumpet for being able to play from beginning to end.
Michael Giacchino wrote those parts for Wayne Bergeron... It's like in The Lord of the Rings, where Gandalf is facing the Balrog and he tells the Fellowship something like "this is beyond mortal men." Wayne is inhuman
I'm so sad that this can't be distributed, I would've loved to play this with the other seniors for my last year at music festival. Surprisingly enough we have a trumpet player who could actually play the first part.
Horn is a really fun but difficult instrument to play. I’ve been playing it for 3 years now and I think I’m going to have to double that to play anything like this
If your tuba is in Bb then it should be able to, fourth valve or not. Edit: My bad, I failed to notice the low Eb shortly after Mark F, but that could be taken up the octave and still sound fine.
@@brycesusong6307 A3, but like I said it was my mouthpiece. Or it was probably a problem with my trumpet because I had the hardest time blowing air through it. Whenever I switched trumpets with someone else, I could hit the note fine
2:34 to 3:42 I love this part, after 5 years trying to find that part, I finally managed to find, it gives me a nostalgia "very crazy" :)) :))) o love this part!
Reese Blaskowski I'm a drummer and I never follow the music in pieces but the drum part that was written was very weird... but still a very fine work of art
Did you have to get permission before you posted this? Just wondering because I'm a transcriber and am trying to ask before I upload sheet music on here.Beautiful arrangement, btw.
Yeah. This is one of the hardest quintet pieces I've seen. The time signature changes, the key signature changes, the tempo changes, the rhythms. I haven't played this version, but I want to. It's so challenging but worth it.
So, I'm in ninth grade and I've been playing the first trumpet part for this and working on Maynard stuff and as I'm playing the high notes when I try to jump back down I cant play the notes clean and even sometimes at all. I figure this is normal and will improve over time but is there anything in particular I could do to improve this?
Maybe you're resetting your whole face to change pitch? Remember to try to keep most everything possibly with your lips and jaw sturdy when you're ascending and descending and let the acceleration of air do the work. I'm pretty bad with high notes myself but I always hear to not push your face into the instrument and to try to be steady and relaxed. If you use more changing air than changing lips you should hopefully be able to switch between highs and lows (or just less highs) more fluidly. Hope this helps even though it's kinda just general regurgitated advice!
@@matthewanderson1916 thank you! That did help a little to know im moving in the right direction, but now I kinda have figured out I just need to improve my endurance basically and I'm set
Bryce Susong open and close your mouth at the speed to want to or you can move your right hand back and forth the one with the hand is usually used in slower songs
Trumpet 1: uh sir i think you gave me the flute part
omg i just died lmaooooooo
Blitz Legend it’s Not high it is normal
More like the picolo
Lorenz Weinrauch no that’s waaay to low
0:38 trust me that's not normal even for trumpet 1
WHEN THE HORN HAS MORE THAN JUST OFFBEATS
Aria Lee I felt that in my soul
Everyone is talking about the high notes for trumpet, where’s all the comments about how low and fast the tuba needs to tongue?
Phillip Steeves My mouth hurts with all that double tonguing.
The trumpet comments are well deserved. This is absolutely ridiculous
Tuba struggling
The difficulty in the trumpets range is a different level of difficult than the tubas low and fast notes
What about the trombones.
I love how bone gets to add spicy jazz and horn adds calmer chill stuff. Trumpets seem to have stepped on a field of legos though, won’t stop screaming.
Tubass
Song Guide:
The Glory Days: 0:03
Life’s Incredible Again: 2:29
Saving Metroville: 3:46
The Incredits: 6:17
“The Incredits” is the absolute best song name in the f*cking world and you can’t tell me otherwise
you forgot bob vs the omnidroid at 1:46
My lips hurt just listening to it.
My head hurt lol
Broughton same 😂
that trumpet 1 part
every trumpet player feels that way, lips and brain
Broughton saaaame
it's not as perfect as the original, but i guess that's what happens when an actual quintet tries playing it. props to the first trumpet for being able to play from beginning to end.
You know what GFYS
Give some respect to brass
Tubby Wub stfu downie
Michael Giacchino wrote those parts for Wayne Bergeron... It's like in The Lord of the Rings, where Gandalf is facing the Balrog and he tells the Fellowship something like "this is beyond mortal men." Wayne is inhuman
I would've fucking died
the jumps on the trombone and the range on it is just... wow
Serious Kudos to the guy or gal who played lead Trumpet though. DAMN!
Kudos to all. This arrangement is just madness.
Seriously... When they were recording the soundtrack for the movie, I'd bet that the lead trumpet parts were all dubbed in during post production
Nope it was just Wayne Bergeron playing it live with the rest of the band
Didn't know it was Wayne! He's about the only person on the planet who could pull that off
I'm pretty sure Louis Armstrong or Brad Clements could play lead trumpet in this too.
That 1st trumpet player has chops of steel! Holy cow!
I'm so sad that this can't be distributed, I would've loved to play this with the other seniors for my last year at music festival. Surprisingly enough we have a trumpet player who could actually play the first part.
I’m probably going to break international copyright law and transcribe it into Musescore or Sibelius.
musescore.com/user/143351/scores/1687891
If I get better at screamer note stability I might be able to do the first part but holy cow your tpt player must've been really good
Hearing the horn part in this song inspired me to learn how to play horn. I've been a trumpet player for 10 years so hopefully this goes well😬
Same. Except i been Playing Tenor Saxophone
Horn is a really fun but difficult instrument to play. I’ve been playing it for 3 years now and I think I’m going to have to double that to play anything like this
There goes your embouchure
Do it. Horn is a fun instrument, and it plays very similar to the trumpet. Ain’t too hard once you’re used to hand placement and the different key
just know the embouchure is very different from other brass instruments
I love the trumpet player @5:02
"Reese you son of a... Hell no." ;D lol
How would one hit that high A doe?
You don't. It hits you.
And at 5:02, that's a Super C
Skinny Jimmy Gaming no a super C is one more octave up
If only Maynard Ferguson was alive, he could play the 1st part flawless.
Oh WoW tHoSe hIgH nOtEs
That tuba though, is something to be impressed by
ktbDash it’s just that everyone is talking bout trumpet 1’s high notes and not even the tubas
bruh i’ve only played tuba a year and i can play the real low baseline playing low is easy it’s just some of the partial jumps that get me
IT BACK!!!! OH MY GOSH! I remember when this first came out and it just randomly disappeared!!! SO HAPPY ITS BACK!
Dat quality tuba
I was wondering why nobody else was commenting on the tuba!😂😂
They didn't mention the tuba in favor of mentioning what should be a dead trumpet.
i wish I had a tuba that could go low enough for this song
If your tuba is in Bb then it should be able to, fourth valve or not.
Edit: My bad, I failed to notice the low Eb shortly after Mark F, but that could be taken up the octave and still sound fine.
The tuba part is so easy, I'd play shit like that for warm ups.
this is the best arangement ive ever heard of this soundtrack ever!
I'll be damned it can be played.
sorta
I saw this comment in other vids xD

It's being played in the playback
Yeah, mostly
Props to everybody who played this, I myself came here for the trumpet part but I heard that tuba! Damn impressive!
wish I had range like that first trumpet
Alfi Is Me Same after a high E I just quit
I barely managed to get to a high A in high school but I think my issue was my mouthpiece
Hi my name's Catrina do you mean an A3 or A4?? Cuz if you cant play A3 that is kinda bad
@@brycesusong6307 A3, but like I said it was my mouthpiece. Or it was probably a problem with my trumpet because I had the hardest time blowing air through it. Whenever I switched trumpets with someone else, I could hit the note fine
Honestly, I'd prefer to listen to scores this way. It gives it Dynamic Justice other than that Midi Play back.
Holy crap, that's awesome. I appreciate that it's more of an Incredibles music medley, not just the main theme. And man, that music is hard.
That trumpet tho 😂😂😂😂 rip I loved it tho, this comes as a nice second to your original incredibles theme post
uhuh
Well... that was incredible.
Proud of the tuba part. Impressed with the Trombones. Crying for the trumpets (praying for them go shut up). LIVING FOR THE HORN PARTS
that tuba tho
Same
👌🏻 tuba
Thanks!
This is actually amazing
Me: Can I jump out the window
Mom: NO DONT SAY THAT

Mom: Go ahead
Me: Can I jump out the window
Mom: NO DONT SAY THAT
Me: Shows this video
Mom: jump out before you can
I could listen to this arrangement's Life's Incredible Again all day
Ikr? It's only 5 instruments but it covers like 90% of the vibe the original song had
7:30 THOSE RIPS 🤩🤩🤩
2:34 to 3:42 I love this part, after 5 years trying to find that part, I finally managed to find, it gives me a nostalgia "very crazy"
:)) :))) o love this part!
One of the best brass quintets I’ve heard
I love this so much
Great song so underrated, just like that trumpet!
props to that lead for performing this hard ass piece with grace.
I've been searching for this all of my life and finally found it
who else can reach the notes but can't play all of it at once?
LazyDawggie Minus the C, yeah
Billy Garvey yeah besides that XD
I can play all of those notes from the lead part, but for 7 minutes? DAMN! hell no. (⊙_⊙')
bryan silva for sure most likely not the lead part
bryan silva with a mouthpiece that small it's so easy to hit those notes. i play on a 3c and i can hit those notes.
Honestly, music makes everything better.
That trombone solo im dying i need to play it
0:14 kills me sometimes on my double Bb tuba
Some say he is still above that third ledger line.
this is hella relaxing when u revise i SWEAR
Can’t get enough of that tuba!
I'm playing the Trombone Part for a school ensemble
Payton Sanders I wish you luck
How did the ensemble go?
My god what school can handle this?
Yes the trumpet part is bloody high and difficult but anyone gonna recognise the trombones at 6:09 and many other parts
Ro_Games 51 yes that part Is difficult but most trombone players can hit a high A flat
This was very impressive and I couldn't imagine playing that lead part but 5:03 would have made the whole thing much more impressive
Невероятная захватывающая аранжировка!
That's insane! Thank you so much!
Idk why this was in my recommended, but damn that lead trumpet sounds badass
Can we talk about how fast the trombone arm is moving
That tuba part looks so fun
Poor trumpet lol
Kurt Tumbagahan I'd like to see you play this...
Trumpet JoJo Okay
Trumpet JoJo I'm pretty sure he was be sympathetic towards the lead trumpet not making fun of them
Roland Cadiz Thank you!
He probably pulled out all the squealing tricks for this one lol
How does the first trumpet make his trails sound like that?
Alfi Is Me if you mean glissandos it's done by half valving. Sometime referred to as a squeeze.
Nathan Wells he's probably talking about the lip trills
Just every time I watch this I’m like 😳
Time to play this on a xylophone :)
1:20-1:29 is an eargasm
Trumpet player after this:
“Honey, where are my lips ??”
Trumpet: I think you gave me a flute part sir
7:42 french horn had a nasty crack
Ryelyn Desch What's new?
Ryelyn Desch - I hear it. Usually small mess ups are kinda cool, but that high of a note jump is a bit odd.
Definitely
That's the problem with French Horn, even when you do everything right the note comes out wrong. It is the least cooperative instrument.
Ryelyn Desch he needed a sub halfway through tbh was a lil quiet through the end unless the player had a melody
The tuba part always kills me
Favorite movie ever. And what do ya say? Jazz? Also my favorite type of music.
Props to the Trumpet player! I play the Trombone.
damn. the song is dope
0:38-0:43
I love that part of the trombone
That. That's gonna be me. One day. I'll be grateful if I can play this kind of music for my own entertainment
I love playing the first trumpet part, barely able to hit that double C, but still fun to play
Mad props to that tuba player oml
I wonder how badass that tuba player feels.
This song is so fun to play in band, I play second trumpet fortunately.
Holy cow that was cool.
Favorite part is 1:10 to 1:30
Thetony444 I like that little thing in the trombone part at around 1:16
I think it's alright.
I would totally get a group of people the try to play this dressed as characters from the incredibles
Not bad at all!
Although the drummer doesn't play exactly what is written...
Drummers never play exactly what's written
Skinny Jimmy Gaming I don't even know why I try and write drum parts lol
Rick Peperkamp . So you're saying he did his job lmao
Reese Blaskowski I'm a drummer and I never follow the music in pieces but the drum part that was written was very weird... but still a very fine work of art

Isn’t the original in 5/4?
Yes
Who ever wrote the first trumpet part really didn't give a fuck about anybodys wellbeing
I already know that trumpet was one high note away from passing out 😭
That tuba is gonna get fucked up after this one chief
Dear fuck the first trumpet part
Umm is that a b sharp on the page at 8:06??? I THOUGHT ID NEVER SEE IT AGAIN, you mean b right, I'm scared :/
Amelia Walsh
B# is also C natural
Bb is also A#
Bloody awesome.

Trumpet boy Alright man, cool! Good luck and happy practicing!
Is it just me or does tpt.1 at 2:10 sound like they’re squeezing out a fart at the end with the lip raise
"Honey, where is my bobby shew lead?!"
4:59 is wild, but my favorite would have to be 2:34
2:09 wish I could get that range, I can get to a c on a trumpet
I am the only one that noticed what the trumpet player did at 0:41
Thought for a second that my playback speed may have been altered lol
I like the tuba solo 0:59
Need more tuba
7:40 rip horn player
This is perfectly possible. Literally stop complaining
The original was better, but it can't be helped. Glad you're back!
I love playing this on tuba
2024 and u ain't private yet
How do I get a vibrato on trumpet??
Bryce Susong open and close your mouth at the speed to want to or you can move your right hand back and forth the one with the hand is usually used in slower songs
How do you gliss going up? (Horn) 8:23
It's called a lick or a rip pretty much go up tge scale or wiggle your valves up to the note
Wheres the old one of this??? You had one up a year or so ago with everything up an octave in the first trumpet but I cant find it
But where are the written drums? Missing some really iconic fills.
