Decent arrangement overall. Low brass: tuba parts are fairly low in most of the sections, considering how fast the piece is played. Trombones would also have some level of difficulty playing the high notes at the end cleanly, ie gliss in B-flat, intonation with the sustained G in throne room and the sextet ending to the G in leia's theme. Perhaps some of it can trade of with the horns to smooth out the sound
The only parts that look bad as a trombone player are the really fast runs, but with some practice this is all very doable. I played bass trombone in high school, but I would have still been able to play this given some time to practice the runs.
I don't know if you play tuba, but when it gets really low, it gets harder to tongue notes clearly, and towards the beginning, you got it pretty fast... fantastic job though overall
The tubas "lower octave if possible" is inaccurate, all tubas have three valves, low E natural is 1 2 and 3, and theres nothing in that section that is lower than E natural, even E flat would be doable with three valves, by adjusting airflow and mouth position, although I do have to say, the tubas low parts that are faster would be harder, it's completely doable, and for any tuba that would struggle to play low notes faster and clearly, get a more open mouthpiece, they're about the same price as normal mouthpieces but make all the difference in playing lower notes at a good clarity and speed
at 2:41 idk if it's just me but I feel like if the second trumpet part kept playing instead of the rest after one measure and then the first part takes it up the octave it could add color, if it blends well
Thanks Juliana, its really fantastatic. Damn, i cannot play it with my brass collegues. Although there are still other Star wars medley on musescore - yours had been cancelled on there /:(
You did deliver a really good Imperial March! For Duel of the Fates, I would not recommend to play a low E on the trombone, sometimes hard to get, but it’s ok (E flat would have been more problematic) and by ~2:35 the trombone should not play the same tonality/notes as before, because there’s a modulation (go check the original, it’s a little bit lower), you’ll see, it’ll be way more satisfying for the ears ;) Btw it’s no critic
Conrad Nickelson absolutely not impossible, but it’s not one easiest note to play, personally I’ve never had to play under F (in practice yes, but not in an ensemble), but I’m no professional or even a good trombonist, just an average amateur ^^ But I know that tenor trombonists don’t usually go under F, even with a rotary valve. It’s easier for bass trombonists to go there I think the arranger should have let the tuba play alone this section, an octave higher, but it’s not thaaaat a drama :)
I know it has been taken down from MuseScore as of right now, but is there any other way I could get parts for this ?? I really was considering playing it at a recital
RIP FRENCH HORN IN DUEL OF THE FATES.
OMG YES
That's not difficult lol
R.I.P Trombone Force theme ://
Gergő Lisovszki nobody likes trombone
Gergő Lisovszki be happy it still played
What! I do! Professor Kombat
@@professorkombat2381 you are stupid
@@professorkombat2381 wtf a trombone by itself is better than percussion by itself and other low brass instruments
1:24 my favorite

MrHman21 Not really. And I play trombone and have successfully played that with ease.

I love it! I just think the trumpets could’ve had more separation but I still love it!

This is digital lmao
@@boozbee3249 they’re giving arranging advice
My tounging starts to get trashy below a pedal D on trombone
this is more my style. thank you

SqueatPengu 3 there saying at least 3
SqueatPengu 3 still what, mine has four but he was saying the notes were possible with three valves
I personally felt there were balance issues at times, especially with horn being covered

Nice! Great job!
i think it was erase from musescore godd job i hope you can reload it
Loved it. Thanks!

Why does the Cantina Band song remind me of Super Mario?
Ron Zhang who knows?
I liked the force theme

Conrad Nickelson Glad to have talked with you! Where are you from?
Conrad Nickelson well nice! I’m a little trombonist from Switzerland and I play in a jazz band as well as in a little brass ensemble from my town.
wraith29 The bottom part is Tuba.......
Josh I know, I’m talking about 1:40 where the trombone plays a low E

same here
wow very good
trumpet 1, trumpet 2, French Horn?, Euphonium?, Tuba
Really great ! We would like to play this with friends. Can I have acess to musescore file plaease ?
Man, I can’t believe that your sheet music got taken down due to copyright issues.
You can't? Really? There's no way in hell John Williams authorized this arrangement.
Who thought that was a good time signature
Bonjour,
Je serai intéressé pour jouer cet arrangement.
This has been taken down from MuseScore because of the copyright from John Williams. Could you please upload the .mscz file? Thanks in advance!
hi, do you have the Sax quartet version ?
regards

Hello Juliana, congratulations for the arrangement. Would it be possible to get the scores? Could you answer through email?
Why did you remove the euphonium part....:-(
Mr.BananaPants Just play the trombone part. We pretty much always do (coming from a trombone and Euphonium player)
Did you arrange this yourself?

4:26 🤪
Very disjointed compositional and some odd doubling choices
Trr
The trumpets are like computer generated 😂😂 like that’s not how trumpets sound
what if i told you this was actually computer generated?
Does Not Compute exactly

It's bad for my opinion
