Still buttery smooth after 23 years!
What an amazing ride!
Wow, I still am accustomed to how fast this went. It’s opening couple of years. The new trains and new wheel compound have a really slowed this down.
Went here for first time this week, amazing. This ride was almost walk on all day this week.
Amazing how old this ride is and still holds up as a crowd pleaser to this day!
this boys and girl is why Cedar Point is the ultimate amusement park, this single coaster surpasses 95% of the balance..
My #2 and #3 coasters are at this park and it is my favorite amusement park!
Kings Island Is Better Cedar Point's Operations Kinda Suck
I remember we waited in line for nearly 4 hours for this ride shortly after it opened and it was the tallest coaster in the world. Truly amazing ride but so glad the hill lift was fast.
It still draws good crowds even today and holds up as one of the best coasters in the world!
Yeah I remember waiting around 2 to 3 hours with my brother at this point my dad no longer made us ride we did it on our own will and loved it

You can tell the cable lift is very slow in this POV :( Cedar Point still hasn't fixed the issue of speeding up the lift to the normal speed yet, but doesn't affect the ride all that much.
More time to enjoy the view!
I noticed that too about the Cable Lift Speed. Just as The Trains are about 80ft from The Top, is when the speed picks up.
The new motor also reduces the ride's capacity by like 20% =(

Steel Vengeance and Millennium Force are interchangeable for me. I like Steel Vengeance only slightly better because of the incredible second half. But Millennium is almost on the same level to me because the ride pacing is absolutely nonstop and it even has room to spare after hitting the breakrun. Millennium's drop is still the best at Cedar Point by a country mile. But thats not even the best part. If you get a night ride on this, it is literally a ride to remember every single time, and I'm not joking.
Millie is still my favorite at the park, but I would never argue with anyone who would say SteVe is better! Night rides on both are fantastic!
Riding this beauty again next month!!!

Its probably been 20 years since I rode this, the drop is insane, it's basically a free fall feeling. Go for it's its an incredible ride I still remember.

how did you get away with filming on the ride? Cedar Point normally doesn't allow this for safety reasons

Once you get to the bottom of the first drop, the ride is over. Surprisingly boring design.
