Made this today. I needed to substitute lentil flour for chickpea due to allergies. Seemed the liquid was not enough- i had to add almost 1 cup extra to make consistency similar to what was shown in video. Any clue what happened?
Lentil flour is a great choice, but it contains almost 3 times more fiber than the same amount of chickpea flour. Also, flours if ground fine or superfine will absorb more liquid. Different brands of psyllium husk are ground differently as well. Hope it helps

you are very welcome! 1 extra cup of water is about 240g, so it's definitely too much for this recipe to support structure
