      For vegan replacement you can do chickpea flour instead of millet flour and water instead of aquafaba. For non-vegan, use egg whites instead of aquafaba

    These look great and I imagine they would taste delicious too.. but I avoid recipes with high carb ingredients. Will keep checking your channel to see if you have any other recipes that suit me.. using seeds, almond or coconut flours perhaps?

    Is there an alternative for dry milk powder? (hard to get in my country) Read something about vegan milk (here ~225ml) or rice flour (1:1).

      Hi, dry milk powder can be replaced with single ingredient protein powder (pea, for example) or high protein flour (soy or chickpea flour)

    Hi just wanted to say I made this recipe and it came out wonderfully! I really didnt want to go out and purchase several different flours so used what i had on hand. I used Bob's Red Mill 1:1 flour, and just used 1/2 the amount of psyllium since it already contained some xantham gum and it worked perfectly! Will be using this from now on.

    Hey there! Would King Arthur’s 50/50 blend be an okay substitute for this mixture?       Great to hear! Xanthan gum is a key ingredient in this recipe, but you can replace it with guar gum, not ground flax

      It can last long if dried properly. I have 2 years old dried brown rice sourdough starter in the pantry which revives beautifully without any issues

      Hi, you can keep dough in the fridge overnight. Cold proof works well too
