So many beautiful animals. Dangerous and not so dangerous. Other than filming then in secret we should leave them alone. It is better for them if they don't have humans to deal with. Secret filming lets us look at them and is good for us but not harmful to them.
Excellent documentary with beautiful videography. Only thing was that the narrator is so soft spoken that at times it was hard to hear him over the music. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed it! Nature is amazing & wonderful!! 🌺
Human, how excellent are your skills and creative abilities to have reached a point in your evolution that you are able to record the images of the planet we are fortunate to live in.
I lived two and a half years in different places in South West China. The cities are awful but the incredibly long train journeys are magical! It's a beautiful country.
I absolutely love nature documentaries, but whether it’s flora or fauna, sea, rivers, lakes, mountains or any landscape or wildlife, the most common words I hear are, endangered, threatened or rarely seen now! It’s truly heartbreaking to learn just how much damage we have done!
The true scale of devastation to this planet & the life on it would be horrifying if we were all made aware of it. And it just keeps happening. Humans haven't enough regard for other lifeforms. Those that do are too few doing too little too late in almost every case. It's tragic, literally tragic what humans have done & continue to do to this planet.
@@georgecarberry9222 I couldn’t agree more. IMHO I think the best thing that could happen to the world is the extinction of the human race. We are a very flawed species and the sooner we’re gone the better. I know it sounds very extreme but I see no other way of saving the planet.
If the Chinese can do it, they'll find a way to pillage this beautiful ecosystem. They eat anything on this planet that flies, swims, walks or crawls. They literally have the most disgusting beliefs regarding medicine, as well. Most Chinese medicine is a compilation of ridiculous, grotesque non factual information.
Thank you for the very informative examples of commercials available on RUclips, I really missed them, Pity, they ruin a otherwise very informative documentary. That means one every couple of minutes is a bit much!!!
The 'red panda' must have been a bugger to locate and film for the first time. The fact it's not a panda bear or red in colour makes you wonder why anyone would continue to call something which is known to be wrong, like the commentary in this documentary. It's colour is like a woodland fox and nobody labels the fox as being red do they?
In this video the background music is not in the background, which results in the narrator being drowned out by the excessively loud "music". Because of this flaw, in my books, the video rates a 1 out of 5, in other words it is a failure. 👎 As the saying goes: "Shit or get off the pot." I like most others cued in this video not to be serenaded by an orchestra, but to learn about south west China from the narrator with the scenes.

seriously, HOW MUCH TIME do we have to spend on the most DISGUSTING creatures ?? NASTY insects that everyone wants away from them are what 20% of this series is comprised of? And then, the polar opposite ... people's favorite species, like elephants, gibbons, orangutans, the duke, etc. wtf?
I wish these precious places would stay secret and not advertised on these kind of programs its the doorway to human destruction iam very sorry to say please everybody leave the place alone we all know the devastating results ☮️☮️☮️💟💟💟🕉️🕉️☸️☸️🛐🛐✝️💐🍀🌈🌈☔️☔️🌷🤢🌎😘🌹🌹🇳🇿🇲🇨🇺🇦🙏🙏
God how excellent is your name in all the earth. Your glory is seen is all you made. Thank you!
So beautiful, that sounds like a psalm of David!🙏🏾💕🙏🏾
May God save the Chinese people from the Chinese Communist party!
Evolution shaped these creatures. Your god is not real.
The voice with the video are calming to see and hear.
The voice is drowned out by the excessively loud "music".
This video is excellent! I had no idea southwest China was so unique. Thank you sir.
Excellent. My favorite historian 🤗
. Keep up the great work my friend

Of all the narrators, this guy, Paul McGann is the best. His warm, expressive voice is perfect.
I really enjoy this narrator, in my view, he'll be a David Attenborough runner up
His voice is very relaxing lol
Sounds like the guy that does the Wonder series.

I agree the music was too loud. Great video.

Those snub nose monkeys are so unique looking..they're kinda cute lol
Excellent video
Your way of narration makes this and other documentaries worth watching...you're superb.Videos are adeptly taken💪
Around 13:00, are they not simply amazing how beautiful.
imagine if there wasnt 1.5 billions freaking people in just china alone how beautiful the country would have been....
That is an incredible feat with the birds/catching fish.
you mean the bats?
Thank you for the very informative examples of commercials available on RUclips, I really missed them, Pity, they ruin a otherwise very informative documentary.
That means one every couple of minutes is a bit much!!!
There are many free ad blockers. I honestly don't remember how many years its been since I've seen even one commercial.
so good
The question is will it all be there in 20 years or more ?
go wild baby
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🌎🌎🌎🌎
The thumbnail without glasses: “Oh look - it’s grandma!”
🙏🥰🙏
Terribly cruel to use the poor birds as they did!! Seen it before sadly and it's just sickening! Pure animal torture.
Is it possible to visit this place?
I think the man using birds to catch fish is so cruel
"They spend nearly thirty hours a day feeding" wth?
Those commorance will never takes flight anymore like their sibling in the wild
Any idea about the name of the narrator ?
Paul McGann. He has a few other audiobooks out and a-LOT of Dr. Who books. He has a great voice!

31:55 Does that make him a bud-muncher? ;)
18:55 it is not possible for elephants to be in Beijing because it would be too cold for them. Please do not make up stories - show your evidence!
