Mine, too. I was born there, and lived there the first 65 years of mylife. This is hands down the best documentary I have ever seen introducing T&T’s wildlife. I have never been to Dominicaso was glad to see the footage of that island. The camera work was fabulous, fine editing, great script includes plate tectonics and history - the Parton the migration of indigenous people from South America.
I dig hummingbirds. A marvel of evolutionary biology and... I'm jealous of their flight abilities. How much fun does it look like to be able to fly like they do? Even babackwards! Amazing.
Oh my, Oh my! Such beautiful jewels each of them to their own right…an exquisite paradise! 🐝From Cuba to Trinidad and Tobago, there is no other place as beautiful as the Caribbean. Its an amazing documentary, thanks!
While exploring the untamed side of the Caribbean, let's not forget about Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. With its stunning ecological reserves, such as the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park, Punta Cana offers a unique blend of natural beauty and exciting wildlife encounters. A heartfelt thank you to the creators of this captivating documentary, which truly captures the essence of the Caribbean's wild side. We're left in awe of the majestic creatures and awe-inspiring landscapes that call these islands home. Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe for more thrilling adventures and wildlife encounters. Let's embrace the wild side of paradise! 🐾🌺
the CARIBBEAN is the scattered beginnings of the " longest n most extensive mtn range " on the planet with peaks second only to the HIMALAYAS.... the Andes ,, where it's heights begin in Venezuela n ends in Argentina trailing off in the Falkland Islands ! the Caribbean arc is all volcanic out croppings ! some active while others is dormant !
I've always felt a little sad for the eggs the vultures get to feast on since they'll never hatch but I am also glad the vultures are there to help keep the beach clean.
Iam Jamaican. Mostly represented Trinidad. I wish you had used some Trinidad music like calypso or soca. Keept on playing reggae and other music . Trinidad has their own music and instruments. Trinidad is as unique as their wildlife.
I kept hearing "conghis"! I'm thinking to myself, what the heck is that? 🤔😅 The word is "conch", with a hard ch and sound like the word "conk"! Awesome docu! 🥰
You are so very lucky that you don’t have mineral deposits, like here in Australia! Your reefs will not be destroyed by huge ports for loading coal like ours will be. What a magnificent place you are lucky enough to live in.
Fact: the "whip spider" is ACTUALLY a type of scorpion. Not the other way around (like he said). Great documentary, but I play these to my little kids and want to get facts straight
"To start with, they aren’t true spiders. Whip spiders belong to the order Amblypygi, whereas true spiders belong to the order Araneae. Whip spiders have more in common with whip scorpions and schizomids than their namesake, as they share features such as an antennae-like first set of legs. Whip spiders have large, shiny pedipalps, which they use for catching prey. They also have four pairs of legs, the first pair of which are thin and elongated, and give this arachnid its common name. The mouthparts, or chelicerae, are two-segmented, and its abdomen is egg-shaped and appears flattened. Whip spiders prey on a wide variety of arthropods. Some species occasionally take prey in flight or from below the water. " museum.wa.gov.au/explore/blogs/katherine-veness/about-whip-spider
Nature is Beautiful but at risk of some humans stupid enough to destroy the very environment needed for life and others intelligent enough to know that they are doing it.

Try living in Detroit, Glasgow or Naples. You might appreciate the beauty of Trinidad more. Nowhere is perfect because humans create strife and squalor wherever they infest, but those islands are intrinsically beautiful.
Wouldn't you be bummed to be reincarnated, only to find out that you were a beetle that ate bat poo. I'd rather be reincarnated Welsh! (English people can say that about the Welsh. They say worse than that about us. It's an understanding we have.)

Dude said "millions of years" and yet carbon 14 only has a half-life of a few thousand.
You should probably look up the meaning of half-life and research how it pertains to C14.
