Our government/FDA has created this crises. People our forced to eat this because lack of financial funds and education. Those that try to follow it do our best. But our soils and environment is contaminated.
I'm trying to learn all I can to eat healthier and save my brain. I've lost 50 lbs, but it's the illnesses I'm trying to protect myself from. My dad had Parkinson's and my mom has been diagnosed with dementia last year, so I've changed my eating habits. So I've been educating myself, to save myself. Plant based and little as possible no ultraprocessed foods.
You should check out Dr Kenneth Berry and Dr Anthony Chaffe about the carnivore ' diet' way of eating. Read comments. About every ailment that you could think of , people either got healed or at least stableized. Google their and ailment . I read over 100 comments and am amazed. I just started it not to lose weight , but I don't want my knee operated on and I want to get out of chronic pain and get rid of decades of fatigue ,( pain too) Also read comments on Homestead how
