      I did a video about taking a product which extracts stem cells from your bone marrow. Combination of that with Carnivore diet is making me healthy again.

    • @willcook403
      @willcook403 3 месяца назад +3

      Fasting stimulates stem cells, and weight lifting makes bones dense.
      If you look up both of these topics you’ll find plenty of doctors discussing it, and information that will help you know, if you do it, it will help you.

    • @EyesOnCarnivore
      @EyesOnCarnivore 3 месяца назад

      @@willcook403 absolutely yes. I actually did daily intermittent fasting for a year and a half prior to starting Carnivore. I got vision improvements up to 6 months and things stabilised. I've then started taking the stem cell product and my eyesight continued to improve.
      Other than losing a bit of weight the daily intermittent fasting on a standard diet did nothing really. Changing metabolism to be a fat burner definitely made for improvements. Yes, I have been doing some weightlifting and sprints.
      Have a look at the video. I did about beta hydroxybutyrate as I think the gene expression part might be quite important.
      Thank you

    I learned a lot from Dr. Eric Berg. He said omega-3 is anti-inflammatory. I only thought of fish oil. I bought California Gold Omega-3.
    I took 5 to 7 capsules a day and in almost 2 weeks, I felt relieved from sciatica and then I added 5000iu D3 + 300mcg K2. In less than a month I was able to walk without a cane. I thank God for having found his channel and I can relate to ur story.
    I had a slipped disc due to an accident in 2019.
    I no longer take fish oil but eat sardines and mackerel regularly per Dr. Boz's recommendation.

      Isn't fish oil good omega 3 as a supplement ?
      Or is it the cans lining that preserves these benefits in sardines ?

    I definitely understand about looking to doctors to help but they dont or can't. 3 years ago I had autoimmune symptoms from chronic stress. The doctors just prescribed anti-depressants. I didnt want to take them. Once I got to the point of lethargy and not being able to breath properly or walk across the room periodically, I knew I would have to try saving my own life. I did extensive research. Decided to do an anti-inflammatory diet, supplementation and elimination stress until i got better. All symptoms were gone with 2-3 months!

    Wow! Just WOW! Again, I appreciate your honest life experience and research. Thank you for sharing with viewers the life-changing story of your own experience, and how we can REALLY change our own health outcomes. As a new subscriber, I’m watching your videos one after the other, and am learning so much. I was diagnosed with osteopenia 2 or 3 years ago when I broke my foot in 2 places following a misstep and had a bone density scan (due to a family history of osteoporosis). It was encouraging to know that you overcame a crushing diagnosis in your 20s by making lifestyle and dietary changes. I’m taking notes while watching your videos, and will implement your suggestions. THANK YOU!

    Thank you for this! My mom is all about tumeric and other natural things. As your grandma calling and checking up on you, my mom does it without fail. Even if I’m not sick but a bit tired, she tells me to come over so she can give me tea and other remedies. And man it works all the time. Curcumine works best for me. Turmeric has high oxalates.....to harsh for those with leaky gut. IBS usually accompanies thise with chronic pain and fatigue

    • @delynndehardt1859
      @delynndehardt1859 Месяц назад

      Same here. Im rather new to avoiding oxalates. Chocolate is loaded with oxalates too. I'm still detoxing. Sometimes you must have a bit of oxalates just to slow down the detox, which gives you symptoms just like ingesting too many oxalates. These in very small amounts could be useful.
      But in the case of chocolate I doubt I have enough self control to keep it at hand.

    I'm not so convinced. I would really like to know the mechanism and the pathology to this conclusion. Polyphenols in general I'm unsure of. Polyphenol essentially are toxic and are in service to the plants biology. Polyphenol can interact and interfere with our own chemistry distorting and altering it. Also most Polyphenols are poor bioavailability which mean most is secreted out and not absorbed. Polyphenols are mostly handled by our microbiome of the gut. Perhaps there is something about what our microbiome does to these polyphenols that make them special. In terms of stem cells is beyond me, were the studies in vivo or in vitro? Plus perhaps stem cells were initiated in response to the stress cocoa or turmeric was placing on the body.
