Not to single anyone out, but Tommy Shaw is SO fucking underrated in the history of rock. There are very few musicians that can sing, play, & write at such a high level of talent and skill. He truly belongs to an exceptionally small and special club. He's an icon.

not to mention as of right now tommy is 69 (nice) years old and still able to sing all of his music in the original key accurately. finding any sing who is 10 years younger that can still sing their music well is extremely difficult. hes a beast.

They are the sexiest men I have ever seen!!! I saw then in concert in Bowling Green Kentucky in 2016, and they had my heart thumping and rocking. The way they play is intensely electrifying and powerful!!! ... When they stroked their guitars, it was,oh lord, so super sensual and mesmerizing... These men are aged, but their hearts beat strongly in their music. I have watched younger men play in today's bands that do not shine as brightly as Styx. I have their music recorded on bluray from that performance and still marvel at their performance .... I am proud to have grown up with their music and have the best memories associated with them. I truly appreciate their enormous talent as performers and musicians. Long may they play music!!!

I’ve seen a lot of concerts over my 61 years and I wish Styx was one of them. I grew up with the absolute best music of the 70’s and 80’s. There were many times that my parents would come to my room to tell me to turn down “the noise”. But, they’d end up staying and enjoying the music. I know that doesn’t sound like much but these people were the type that thought all rock was devil music. That is until they heard my Styx and Journey albums. Or even Fleetwood Mac. I eventually even got them to like KISS! Music speaks to your soul and there’s very few that can rival Styx. Believe me, if they come my way again nothing will keep me from going to see them!!
