But she would always tell people, "I married a Marine" Once a Marine Always a Marine. One thing to remember if he's on active duty, there will be times the Marine Corps will come before you. What I mean, he may be gone for weeks or months, or a year overseas. Just a little advice from an old Marine Sergeant. Semper Fi and greetings from Charleston, West Virginia.

Oorah Marines, on this day my thoughts and prayers go out to the families of all the Marines we sadly lost this year due to lack of proper leadership top to bottom starting with our commander in chief. Semper Fi.
I'm an Associate Member of the Marine Corp League. Served in the Army 1965-67. Found it interesting the oldest Marine was a female. Our Detachment had a Birthday Dinner instead of a Ball this year due to COVID restrictions. Glad to support one of our "younger" branches of the military!
