Hey Jenna and Julien
I rarely leave comments behind on RUclips videos, mainly because I take the continuous flow of entertainment for granted. However, I recently underwent a form of eye laser surgery - PRK - which basically rendered me blind for about 5 whole days. That might not sound like a long time, but it is when you are forced to stay in a dark room for 120 hours. Now, in my day-to-day life I do not listen to podcasts at all... but I am really glad I decided to dedicate my time to listening to the Jenna and Julien podcasts while healing. I kid you not when I say that you two have provided me with hours upon hours of entertainment. I have not encountered a single dull moment. I just wanted to thank you and let you two know how pivotal your podcasts have been to me during my healing process. Keep it up you two!

I just wanna say this with even the tiniest hope of Julien seeing this comment...it's about a galaxy jar.
My psychiatrist set me up into a DBT group when I was about 17, after Id been admitted into the hospital a few times for long durations of time and placed on suicide watch (I was dealing with alot of terrible things at that point in my life and also didnt know at this point that I had BPD) and if Im being totally honest, the group was super boring and only some of the stuff I learned was helpful to me, but then we came to a point where we just started doing arts or crafts every session and one day we made galaxy jars because they were supposed to help us to shift our focus. And I remember actually using it by shaking it around at times when I had ridiculous amounts of anxiety or when I needed something to bring my mind somewhere else during a cycle of depression and it actually helped me a whole bunch. I don't remember using cotton balls, but I really think JnJ should make this craft and just try it out. I don't think its a deadbeat craft at all, Im 21 now and I still to this day find it very useful:)

I’ve made one with glue, water, and glitter in a jar and you shake it up for sensory purposes. Like you said, it’s awesome for anxiety, great for sensory needs, and fidget needs 🤘🏽

He's dumb cause he's a chihuahua, not because Jenna raised him. I don't know what you're implying but it sounds like you have no ground to stand on.

@@556johny556 Jenna's stated before that Bunny is a lot more attached to Julien than to her, which is why I lumped her as Julien's dog. Bunny had to be put through intensive training when they got her due to her status as rescue dog. Additionally, Peach is Julien's dog so he has that last word when it comes to disciplining her. This matters because the difference lies when it comes to Jenna's dogs Marbles and Kermit. Jenna tends to give faster than Julien does when either of the dogs whine or have a fit. Chihuahuas are perfectly capable of acting like normal dogs, but often fall victim to "small dog syndrome" due to owners not treating them like normal dogs.

In defense of the galaxy jar...it’s actually a really great craft for kids with anxiety. Because if they are feeling overwhelmed they can shake it and focus on the cotton balls and the glitter swirling around and sometimes it can help them calm down. My therapist used to have one in her office.
