set includes springs for both forks. it's a good value for the price.you won't notice a difference with offroading, but helps alot with potholes and bad roads in an urban environment.
How much lower is it from stock?
not enough to tell, but the it really helps with not bottoming out on manhole covers, like the stock shocks.
