amazing footage! I've boarded the groomed trails at Jackson & Targhee a number of times over the years, but I can't even imagine going back country like you guys do. Great stuff! Due to some recent spine surgeries, my boarding days are over, but I took up my second passion, (photography), and with the help of my Phantom 3 Professional and upcoming Mavic, I'll be shooting quite a bit of video this winter. I'm only 90 min from the resort and will be getting some killer footage this wknd before winter officially arrives, and all throughout the season.
I feal so sorry for you... I cant imagine my life without snowboarding and my 2nd favorite mountain biking... Hope your hobby keeps you as happy as snowboarding did

Truly amazing, I am totally sucked in by snowboarding. I just had my first 4 days, i was complete newbie. My first day was hard, but i took two slides from two different slopes, quite intermediate. But i was crushed my wrists and my butt were in pain. I just followed my friend, who is not that experienced too. After that i had 12 days before the following three days in a row. And i was getting better, i think i got really good progress by learning how to slide without falling almost at all taking down advances slopes, only 2 times.
I just wanted to thank about that videos you guys make. Because it gives me a vision to know where i wanna be. And it really helps me skip a lot of effort drilling that myself. Happy new year

This is actually better than the movie itself....
The forth phase was pretty good movie but for me the part where they were snowboarding in Japan was amazing the freestyling in the woods was dope. I love snowboarding but I have to travel so far to do it as I live in the UK. One day I will get to Japan for a sesh.
Reminds me how lucky I was to have grown up in Jackson with Trav, it is my baseline too.

I got to meet travis at my local skatepark and I was showing him my skate video that I did in high school and dude was super friendly and later I got to film him doing a radeo 540 in the Press area of the Big Air contest ....So dope to see him still killing it....its a shame I was so average at snowboarding I would love that life style ...
