    With the help of the video I managed to "repair" the defect. We thank both the "tradesman" and the one who filmed/posted. Thank you very much 😊👏

    Thank you! Thank U! I have never watched a video so much in detail and knowledge. You are simply the best, not forget to point out your cool demeanor and the way you get your video instructions get to your audience. Once again thank you and god bless you my friend. This is by far the best instructiona video I've ever seen. You are a great teacher. Have gaggia accedemia with a "fill coffee bean" msg. Not " Error 1" but I suspect it's the oily beans I Was using so I think I'll stop at the cleaning of the grinder. Thank you for this as I prefer to do it myself :)

      Was able to replace both burrs. The key thing seems to be to make sure all the grinds are cleaned out

      Yes, it’s imperative to keep the grinder clean. More importantly, use medium roasted coffee beans to extend the life of the grinder. The oily dark roast beans clog up the grinder quickly.

      Parts Guru The grinder motor was a bit noisy. I replaced it with a new one. Now it works fine.

    Thanks for this video. I was able to get my grinder going again with new grinder motor and Hall sensor! It didn’t detect no beans in the hopper though.

      Hi, clean out the grinder thoroughly. Avoid using oily and dark roast coffee beans as that’s poisonous for the grinder.

    Thanks for the video. It was very helpful, especially the part on how to remove the grind adjustment gear. I removed any blockage and put it all back together, but the error 1 persists. It doesn't even attempt to grind. The error 1 comes up as soon as I press the coffee button. How to tell if the sensor, or the motor, or the white gear need to be replaced? The white gear seems a little hard to rotate manually, but I can rotate the motor manually with the little piece of shaft sticking at the back, and it rotates the white gear easily because of the gear ratio torque. Can you give me some pointers on how to isolate the problem? Thanks.

      all pointers are covered in the video. It could be the sensor or the motor itself

    Hi, thank you for the instruction. On mine, the spring that makes contact from connector to.motor brush is broken.
    Do you have a part number for this?

    • @PartsGuruUSA
      @PartsGuruUSA  Месяц назад

      Try local hardware store. Spring is not available

    How do you change that lower Burr? Do you need to completely disassemble the lower part or could it be pried out somehow?

    • @PartsGuruUSA
      @PartsGuruUSA  6 лет назад

      Hi, the lower burr can be replaced once the bottom screw is removed. The video covers each item in detail.

    i have a error code 1 with the saeco moltio can this also be the sensor in the grinder because the motor is new and there are only 2 parts left in the grinder

    • @PartsGuruUSA
      @PartsGuruUSA  6 лет назад

      Yes, it could be related to the sensor. The small plastic gear could also be worn out sending lower than expected pulses to the sensor that could lead to Error 1.

    How do you fix E04?? It won’t go away even after restarting!!

    • @PartsGuruUSA
      @PartsGuruUSA  6 лет назад

      The brew unit is blocked in a home position. Are you able to remove it from the machine?

    • @BasketofLotion
      @BasketofLotion 6 лет назад

      Yes, it comes out fine- it's not stuck or anything.

    • @PartsGuruUSA
      @PartsGuruUSA  6 лет назад

      The brew drive motor is not getting 33V DC power from the power board. Either the brew drive motor is bad or the power board is not proving enough voltage to the motor.

      Darn. It costs $100+ just to ship it for repair. Thanks anyways
