I did this. It says it takes a few months for fat loss to show. I’m half way there. I can’t see fat loss but my a muscles are very different. I can feel them and stick my fingers deep between the muscles. I’m so close to that pesky 6 pack.
I have tried this before. I purchased 4 sessions (somewhere else in my city) and didn’t really see a difference. Perhaps with more sessions I would of? But definitely not 20k sit ups lol I would of had a whole 6 pack 😂
