i just bought this fragance because of your review, it was a blind buy and i got a used bottle for a veeery very good price, 8.5/10, amazing fragance, monster performance, less alluring or "sexy" than other freshies from the house such as sedley or percival but more uplifting than both of them, definittley a daytime fragance.
Great scent. Very mature, not overwhelming yet strong, stays for 10h on my skin. Fills the room, very pleasant woody and overwhelmingly fruity. Absolutely worth every penny i paid for it full retail. Only minus (debatable) is the linearity

PDM is one of my favorite houses. I have all the men’s releases except for Ispazon, Kalan and Perseus. So I’m most likely picking this up.
The similarity TDH is there for sure. If you wear them side by side the differences become more glaring. This becomes so much creamier in the dry down, and the citrus comes across much more three dimensional. I personally love this release, but I admit my bias because TDH and profiles like it are basically my favorite scent DNA. So take that for what it's worth😂

Yes the Vetiver and grapefruit combo on the opening can somewhat remind you of Terre D’Hermes but that’s it. Perseus is not spicy at all it’s clean, soft, a bit powdery and musky/creamy in the dry down. The dry down is a bit grapefruit and vetiver with a sweetness and mostly musky. So other than the opening, it really isn’t much like TDH. The dry down honestly is more feminine leaning. It smells good.

This is gonna work for me. Don’t have any Hermes or Elysium so it’s a two for one for me. I can definitely see a light Aventus layer on top with a lot of the matching notes.

Tried it at Nordstrom today. It's good, but redundant for me. In my opinion, it's 90% Terre D'Hermes EDT and 10% Light Blue Forever. It's been 3 hours. ON the tester strip, it is still straight up grapefruit, but skin is orangey/earthy/vetiver that gives me the TDH vibe. The Nordstrom employee was so excited to sell it as she said it was exclusive to Nordstrom for a few weeks. Again, it's good, but too similar to stuff in my collection.

I'm a fan of PDM and I've bought 3-4 bottles from the official site, and a couple from reputable discounters. At this point, I doubt I would buy another full priced, brand new fragrance from them, especially as a blind buy. Also, like you, I don't want too much redundancy in my now 130 bottle collection. If we have Terre D'Hermes Eau Givree, do you need this fragrance? The grapefruit/vetiver punch from Eau Givree is great.

I can't wait to try it. Pdm,initio is my favorite house. I just narcotic delight and love it. They are worth every penny to me. I hope it ain't like Roja Elysium or Terre I don't like them fragrance so I might not like perseus then

This one gave me LV pacific chill vibes a citrus bomb that gets a B little creamy on the dry down. Not complex at all I would agree it smells good but I think a lot of people will be disappointed with this release.
I don’t get terre d Hermes. To me it is D&G light blue forever through and through
i got a sample too and I do NOT see the TDH resemblance, it is maybe in the same category as TDH Givree but i don’t think they’re that similar , I see it closer to Lightblue Forever …
