Sports mode is the way to go to fight the wind. Also you can get the low noise props and it helps tremendously. Great Shots!

sport mode really help to bring back your drone to return to home when you are doing test range or long distance and you are far away from home point .then you need to turn it to GPS mode when near home point and you want to land your drone this is because drone Obstacle avoidance on Mavic pro will be active when your drone on GPS mode and this mode really helps your drone land safer . never do flying you drone for test rang in windy day ,because you need to have enough battery to fight against wind to come back .better of to fly your drone into the wind and bring back your drone with direction of wind to home point .
