i’m 14 and started getting into cooking because my parents don’t have much time to make home cooked meals, so instead of always eating out i am now cooking for myself and family. this recipe is so delicious and i would totally recommend ‼️
For those who just started to learn how to cook I recommend making some changes to the dish once you have become comfortable cooking it. My first recommendation is replacing the regular sugar with brown sugar. My second recommendation is doubling the garlic, onions, soy sauce, brown sugar and adding ground beef to the dish. The great thing about cooking is that you can modify the recipe to fit your tastes. Personally I halved the amount of chili flakes and added small portions of tenderized flank steak
Just finished making this. I made one serving so I used 2 garlic. 3 or 4 green onions and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and only 1 tablespoons of chili pepper and I added a little more brown sugar to make it sweet☺️ I give it a 👍
I’ve always craved some spicy, garlicky noodles and this is by far the easiest recipe I’ve found. It’s also super doable as I have all the ingredients now! Usually, other recipes require some vinegar or ingredients that I don’t have at hand and aren’t willing to buy since I won’t use it often. But this one I can make any time, I’m gonna go make some later today 😁
Well, i was skeptical at first, but after seeing the comments i tried this recipe. Goddd it's delicious 😋. I did this with millet noodles and added some veggies like broccoli. Turned out very well. Will cook this again sometime 😌💚
Really good, highly recommend it. I didn't have some of the stuff she did so I improvised... instead of green onion I used regular onion and even a little bit of parsley. I think it's a dish you could add to overtime and try new things with it.
found this today and HAD to try it! it's amazing!! i used a buldak fire noodle packet instead of chilli flakes because i had it laying around and thought i may as well use it but this dish was insanely good, so simple, so easy and everything comes together perfectly 🥰 💞 thank you so much for this video!!
I’m a teenager trying to learn to cook as my parents won’t teach me, and I’m definitely trying this tomorrow! What other veggies do you think would go well with this?
That’s nice to know! 😊 You can add mushroom, grated carrot, capsicum, small chunks of boneless chicken, sausages. Cook the veggies first, then add soy sauce mixture, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the noodles.
I just made this and it was delicious, thank you! I didn't have a few of the ingredients so I substituted regular onion for green onion and brown sugar for white sugar. Still tasted amazing!
Seriously tempting! If my eyes could know how to eat, that delicacy is long time eaten by me! 🤭 Thank you for your lovely upload and I really appreciate your effort. Big like 👍
I literally just made this and it was delicious, but I did add some chicken to it which made it even more delicious. Got to say this will be my go to spicy noodles recipe. : )
Just tried this recipe. Turned out too delicious perfect if one wants to have a spicy ramen in no time and easiest recipe ❤️ well done If someone out there don’t like the strong taste of garlic you can lessen the amount of garlic.
I made this with soba noodles today and it was freaking delicious!! Tasted just like indome!! Put a fried egg on top......chef's kisses!! Perfect for anyone looking for a delicious gluten free option!
Hey! This was super tasty. I did have to double up on the ingredients because my sauce didn’t look as dark as yours. I also added fried tofu and mushrooms. It was so delicious! Thank you.
I just made this. just added black pepper as well in the soy sauce. i love spicy food so i almost added small green chilli as well haha. maybe next time. and then pour a bit of sesame oil at the end. i dont have sesame seeds currently at home. it’s nicee and easyy

I'm so glad I pushed myself and tried cooking it. First "real" meal I've ever cooked (apart from omelettes and such) and I gotta tell you that it's very quick and beginner friendly so for anyone hesitating, just try it!! :)
It's literally amazing first I thought it will taste so bad but when I make this noddles taste it was like Im in heaven I recommend all the people to make this food
I had the noodle pack but i didnt want to use the seasoning from the packet (i don't like the flavor). So I searched up noodles without tastemaker and this showed up. I have to say, i was a bit reluctant towards trying this recipe as I've almost never ate anything like this before and also that this was all i had for my hunger :,) I started making the noodles and found out i didnt have any green onions (it turned out perfect even without them), moreover, I also added my touch by adding a bit of barbeque sauce and voila! It is the most amazing noodle recipe I've ever had! Ate it 2 times this week, I'm addicted.
I just cooked this, and added some lime juice, sesame oil and wok vegetables to it... delicious!!! Even my boyfriend who is not too much into vegetables asked "when do we eat this again?" 😋😋😋 Greetings from Austria 🤗😀
I'm currently triying this and I'll see how it goes!! Edit: I'm eating it rn and it has the PERFECT combo of sweet and Savory and just give it a try once!!
I just want to say THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!,so I always want spicy noodles but live in a small town but this recipe is so easy and not a lot of ingredients and it was very good!
add a bit of sesame oil while your noodles sit, it makes them not stick together. Adding sugar after the sauce is more convenient as sugar can stick to the bottom when you try to pour it in
Thank you so much for ths recipe. 🥰 I tried this and it's really good. I don't have a lot of ingredients with me that's why I'm looking for a recipe with ingredients I currently have. But I wish I was able to thicken the sauce it would have turned out better, I just couldn't wait longer, so hungry. 😅
It went well and delicious, my father is proud of me after I make this for him Thank you for tutorial miss🙏 By the way What is the name of song used in this video, I really like it
was the soy sauce sweet or salty? this looks so good though, will try if i have green onions 😆 edit: i did it and its so good! it tastes like ones my dad would buy from a restaurant 🥰 my only problem is that i should've put less oil though (i put 3 tablespoons), there's always room for improvement 😂 but overall this is good and worth the try!
I just made maaan it's so good the spiciness the sweetness it's so favorable if u want to make it more better u can add an egg poach it gonna be soo good
This looks pretty good, but I personally would add 3tbsp of mirin and 1tbsp of rice wine to the sauce to give it some crispness, in addition to a bit of gochujang Korean miso paste, just for added spice and umami. I also wouldn't fry the garlic quite that long, because it tends to burn.

Why don't you have vinegar? 😂that is like an essential in every kitchen
@@Valentina-uc2sr what’s it essential for? Cuz I’ve probably never consistently had vinegar at home. Never used it for cooking before

Tbh you can add anything
Try dicing some mushrooms in there
bok choi because it kind of refreshes the taste after the noodles
You can also top this with cucumber slices and some additional green onion. PS - I really admire you for seeking videos to learn how to cook! 👍
