INGREDIENTS:
120 -150g ramen noodles
2-3 Green onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp chilli flakes
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 Tsp brown/white sugar
1/4 Cup water
Toasted sesame seeds & chopped green onions to garnish
-Boil the noodles 1 minute less than packet instruction, drain & keep aside.
-Heat some oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
-In a small bowl add the soy sauce, sugar and water, stir to combine. Once the garlic is slightly brown in colour add the soy sauce mixture and cook on high to medium heat until the sauce thickens a bit, for about 5 mins
-Then add the noodles and mix until the noodles are nicely coated. Add salt if required.
-Turn off the heat, garnish with some toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy! It’s taste better with poached or half fried egg.
NOTE: Recipe updated in March 2022. We found the noddles to work best with 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp soy sauce instead.
-Add all the green onions at last and mix them with the noodles before serving. Frying them in oil looses it’s flavour.

i’m 14 and started getting into cooking because my parents don’t have much time to make home cooked meals, so instead of always eating out i am now cooking for myself and family. this recipe is so delicious and i would totally recommend ‼️
Thats awesome, cooking is a great skill to have, keep it up!
Aw that’s awesome! Glad you are learning this skill at ur age, it will help when ur older!!
I am 12 now i started cooking till i am 9..you're doing a great job..
🥳🥳❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
@@iamhere6666 oh that’s awesome! that’s awesome for you to learn, keep learning. make sure to have a good time while doing it ☺️
Hello.. Did the cook add salt. I didn’t see her add salt but sugar.. Can you tell me if i should add salt or not.. I dont know how to cook
I’ve always craved some spicy, garlicky noodles and this is by far the easiest recipe I’ve found. It’s also super doable as I have all the ingredients now! Usually, other recipes require some vinegar or ingredients that I don’t have at hand and aren’t willing to buy since I won’t use it often. But this one I can make any time, I’m gonna go make some later today 😁
❤️❤️
Why don't you have vinegar? 😂that is like an essential in every kitchen
@@Valentina-uc2sr what’s it essential for? Cuz I’ve probably never consistently had vinegar at home. Never used it for cooking before
Nobody has vinegar you are thinking of like cooking oil
@@Dancemomseditz908 no one making any salads?? 😂 or sauces? or just for cleaning? alright then
For those who just started to learn how to cook I recommend making some changes to the dish once you have become comfortable cooking it. My first recommendation is replacing the regular sugar with brown sugar. My second recommendation is doubling the garlic, onions, soy sauce, brown sugar and adding ground beef to the dish. The great thing about cooking is that you can modify the recipe to fit your tastes. Personally I halved the amount of chili flakes and added small portions of tenderized flank steak
ground beef in stir fry? idk about that one
@@mentholnewport definetly no ground beef, id just add regular steak or something like that
Just finished making this. I made one serving so I used 2 garlic. 3 or 4 green onions and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and only 1 tablespoons of chili pepper and I added a little more brown sugar to make it sweet☺️ I give it a 👍
I've now made this 2 times, and my verdict is that I suspect that you did add something to the noodles when mixing them with sauce to make the dish look more aestethic. Neither of my attempts came out with noodles looking as thickly coated as yours even when I followed your recipe down to the t. HOWEVER, I do like the taste and the level of spiciness, and covering the not-so-saucy noodles with Japanese style mayo & chopped green onions both made the dish look and taste much better.
FINALLY found someone with the same kind of problem. I looked a comment like this for 20min, i couldn't find a single negative comment in any of her cooking videos. Thats seriously strange for cooking videos. I understand that most here are quite young and came across to this video on instagram or facebooks reel section, they comment before making the recipe or just say they tried it or tried something similar without returning to the video. I think most of the commenters here dont have the patience nor interest to give real feedback to anything on the internet. So your comment RtKiMF is a sight for sore eyes. Thank you! Although its not even my video xD Now then. I made this 3 times. The First time i made this, i made it like we see on the video and the amount of sugar needed for that amount of coating is nowhere near enough and the amount of liquid/spices was just enough to give that amount of noodles a very slight color and in the end it was pretty much very dry and just salty with a hint of garlic and chili. Just to spare some other viewers who cant tell right from the get go that this is probably fake, a jump in the video from 3:28 to 3:29 as she stirs it up is suspicious. Looks more plentiful and shiny, cant get shiny with just oil and spices. Suddenly the coating is just miraculous heavenly sea of golden brown translucent goodness with noodles. And from that amount of sugar. Yeah, right. Maybe i did something very wrong or it doesnt add up. As i did it the second time, it still looked like a fart so (just to prove a point) i added some store-bought hoisin sauce (which has TONS of sugar 50%) and it started to resemble the coating on the video. The Taste was more rounded too, not just salty garlic chili. Third time i did this, practically it was no longer the same recipe, only the amount of soy sauce was the same. Im not a proper chef, but i really like doing asian food from scratch and this is the first time a recipe was so much off from what we see on the video.
@@zuneinc Hoisin sauce would be a good guess of what the channel owner used, also a good idea to add more sweetness to balance out the saltiness of soy sauce. I even think I have some hoisin sauce left in the fridge from another recipe, so I'll try it too.
@@zuneinc So, I did this again yesterday. This time around, I added more soy sauce (maybe 1 Tbsp), a bit more water, 2 tsp of sugar and some Hoisin sauce (it was already a bit watered down as it was the last drops of the bottle). The result was much, much more stabilized and had more body. I could've been even more generous with the spices and Hoisin, but it was still good. I couldn't help adding some Kewpie mayo on the top, too, as it gives the dish a bit of creaminess. Not bad, not bad at all.
I made this today. Agree about the colour but I won't change the recipe as I enjoyed it so much. I'm used to my food never looking like the illustration.
Cook the soy sauce and sugar a little longer and add a little of the starchy water from the cooked noodles. That should thicken up your sauce 😊
First day of bachelor life..didn’t know what to cook tried this recipe and It worked out pretty well 🖤
I’m soo glad to know that! ❤️
Keep up the cooking and you won't be a bachelor for long my friend 🙂
That looks so easy and delicious. I liked how the ingredients are things that most people have at home
Well, i was skeptical at first, but after seeing the comments i tried this recipe. Goddd it's delicious 😋. I did this with millet noodles and added some veggies like broccoli. Turned out very well. Will cook this again sometime 😌💚

i mean its such a simple recepie with few basic ingredients, how bad can it taste? :D
idk if im a lil bitch or what.. i did 2 teaspoons of chili instead and still died
@@yagzyalcntas553 it can
@@yagzyalcntas553 don't add to much water, and it lacks more flavor
Definitely doing this next time to cook for me and my little sister!! 😋
It's so cute that many ppl are asking for basic instructions here yet she has replied to most of them 😭🥰
found this today and HAD to try it! it's amazing!!
i used a buldak fire noodle packet instead of chilli flakes because i had it laying around and thought i may as well use it but this dish was insanely good, so simple, so easy and everything comes together perfectly 🥰 💞
thank you so much for this video!!
❤️❤️
Seriously tempting! If my eyes could know how to eat, that delicacy is long time eaten by me! 🤭 Thank you for your lovely upload and I really appreciate your effort. Big like 👍
So simple but looks SUPER tasty!! Great video!
I was never into "viral tiktok" kind of recipes but this popped up in my recommendations and I decided to try it. Actually very tasty!
I am eating this right now and honestly, this is amazing. This is the best noodels i have ever had! Thank you.
I made this for my family and they all loved it
I made this for my mama and she loved it! A little less sugar and more chilli and it turned out just the way I like it. Thank you sm!! ❤❤

que tipo de chile es¿?
omg thank you for making a noodle recipe with simple ingredients you actually have at home!!! Kudos!!!
Looks very delicious I can't wait to try making it!
OMG - I can:t wait to try this recipe! Thank you for sharing it! 😋
Really good, highly recommend it. I didn't have some of the stuff she did so I improvised... instead of green onion I used regular onion and even a little bit of parsley. I think it's a dish you could add to overtime and try new things with it.
Just tried this recipe.
Turned out too delicious perfect if one wants to have a spicy ramen in no time and easiest recipe ❤️ well done
If someone out there don’t like the strong taste of garlic you can lessen the amount of garlic.
Oh lovely! Can't wait to try this! Thank you.
Quick, easy and delicious dinner idea...
Thank you!!
I have lots of left over macaroni and I used it for this recipe. It's yummy!!
I'm gonna make this tomorrow. Looks delicious!
I made this yesterday and everyone loved it!!
I made this with soba noodles today and it was freaking delicious!! Tasted just like indome!! Put a fried egg on top......chef's kisses!! Perfect for anyone looking for a delicious gluten free option!
I just made this and it was delicious, thank you! I didn't have a few of the ingredients so I substituted regular onion for green onion and brown sugar for white sugar. Still tasted amazing!
I tried it, and I must say that it's pretty delicious. Thank you for sharing. Love it
Just made this and these are some of the best tasting noodles a simple recipe like this can make
I made this for me...& its really so delicious 🤤 love it

Thank you! I made this for my family and they had a happy meal. Thanks.
I made this recipe with my best friend and we ate it all. I super recommend!
I made it tonight, just before, very strong flavours, which I like it very much. Immediately included in the regular menu.
It was amazing band the serving size is perfect for a late night snack. I made it with some egg noodles. It turned out amazing ❤️
Thank you for your recipes. Definitely a 10!
Great video! Really like the whole production!
This is tasty. Don't cook the noodles fully in the water, otherwise they end up a bit gummy. Cook them in the garlicky mixture until they're perfect.
i just tried it and its absolute fantastic💫
Yum! I’m definitely making this!
I’ve made this countless times and it’s absolutely delicious
This tasted so good! 10 out of 10.
Just out of the world, heavenly!! So delicious, tried it out , today and it turned out to be a taste , that gives flavors to taste buds .

I literally just made this and it was delicious, but I did add some chicken to it which made it even more delicious. Got to say this will be my go to spicy noodles recipe. : )
ruclips.net/video/bOQtfqDNN8Q/видео.html
Hey, how did you cook the chicken?
@@bmngaming3776 cook the chicken before anything else and then set aside
You can also add egg if you don't eat chicken or meat
Looks so delish imma try it
I took this recipe and added a little peanut butter and chopped peanuts to it. Loved every bite!
It was indeed an amazing recipe and easy to❤😊
My go to recipe for whenever I crave for homemade noodles 😍😍😍 Absolutely divine and delicious 😋🤤
This Looks so good omg
That looks pretty darn good and pretty respectable in terms of fiber thanks to the chilli, onion, sesame seeds and garlic. Think I'll be giving this a try.
I used chives instead of green onions because that's all I had and it turned out really good!
Tried it and my family loved it , thank you 🔥❤️
Alright, just made this, it was pretty good. Thanks for the recipe!
i made this today and it turned out so good. thank you for sharing this recipe
I’m a teenager trying to learn to cook as my parents won’t teach me, and I’m definitely trying this tomorrow! What other veggies do you think would go well with this?
That’s nice to know! 😊 You can add mushroom, grated carrot, capsicum, small chunks of boneless chicken, sausages. Cook the veggies first, then add soy sauce mixture, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the noodles.
Tbh you can add anything
Try dicing some mushrooms in there
bok choi because it kind of refreshes the taste after the noodles
You can also top this with cucumber slices and some additional green onion. PS - I really admire you for seeking videos to learn how to cook! 👍
Can’t wait to make this! I had a ramen packet without soup left over and now I have a good use for it.
ruclips.net/video/bOQtfqDNN8Q/видео.html

i will make some of this soon! it looks delicious!
i have everything else except the egg noodles and green onions! will try this tomorrow or Sunday☺️ can’t wait!

It's literally amazing first I thought it will taste so bad but when I make this noddles taste it was like Im in heaven I recommend all the people to make this food

This looks so mouthwatering.
THANK YOU! I was home alone looking for something to eat with ingredients i have at home and here it is! liked
I am 12 years old, I started cooking at the age of 9, I recommend this recipe Greetings from Turkey
I had the noodle pack but i didnt want to use the seasoning from the packet (i don't like the flavor). So I searched up noodles without tastemaker and this showed up. I have to say, i was a bit reluctant towards trying this recipe as I've almost never ate anything like this before and also that this was all i had for my hunger :,) I started making the noodles and found out i didnt have any green onions (it turned out perfect even without them), moreover, I also added my touch by adding a bit of barbeque sauce and voila! It is the most amazing noodle recipe I've ever had! Ate it 2 times this week, I'm addicted.
This is on my playlist now. Simple but 👍🏼
I just want to say THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!,so I always want spicy noodles but live in a small town but this recipe is so easy and not a lot of ingredients and it was very good!
This was so good, thank you! I added mushrooms and snow peas to mine for some more veggies/substance.
The peas sound like a great idea, I think I May try it wiht that.
Damn this is just so tasty. Thanks for your awesome recipe.☺
Edit:the for the like flavour it fancy!
