Johny has an ear for all good styles of music... swing ... flamenco... classic.... he is talented and skillfull.. i think he keeps a low profile also... a damn good musician....
John 5 playing the vocal parts on the guitar with such ease and mostly without his right hand is simply incredible. I have been playing guitar since 1979 and I still cannot do that. I totally admire great guitarists like him.
I read that John 5 makes it a point to play Motley Crüe solos just like they were originally recorded. And here he's playing, or trying to play, that beat it guitar solo exactly as Eddie Van Halen did on Michael Jackson's recording. I can't understand why any musician would want to play any solo by any musician note for note, like you're in your bedroom plan to the record. It's someone else's creative output; not theirs.

I'm convinced he is a robot, he never makes mistakes and the guitar is like an extra appendage to him.. insanity how accurate and effortless he makes it look.
