If you ever listen to Metallica live, try to search for stuff from 1989 at Seattle or 1991 at Moscow, those performances, I’d say were better than the studio recordings.
Kylester 005 I don’t think he was ever NOT hammered to shit during that era lmao but nooo. He sounds great. May be thinking of the San Diego 92 show which was kind of middle of the road Metallica. The stage show was like an hour longer on that tour with GNR than it was for the nowhere else to roam tour in 93 since there were more supporting acts so he may have gotten a little prematurely plastered on that one. Mexico City ripped and that arena makes Lars’ snare sound like a 9lb sledge hammer coming down hard on the hood of a 71 Monte Carlo.
@@ork_oz yes this one needs more likes make he see that was right after cliff died they didn't have any grieving time and it was one of jasons first live peformaces and they grieving was playing live fast
Love the reaction, would recommend listening to the studio version in your own time. Studio version is obviously more polished, but the live version is played in a lower tuning as all metallica live performances have been since 1995, so I'd recommend listening to the studio version to hear it in original E standard tuning instead of Eb.
You should do the drum solo between Lars and Jaymz during the Live Shit Bing and Purge. ITS on you tube! Drummer here myself, keep the reviews coming buddy!
So, I just discovered this channel ! FUN But, it's absolutely paramount that you react to RUSH !!! RIP 🥁 Neil Pert .... Try Xanadu LIVE or just Tom Saywer... I am huge Metallica Megadeth fan... But, before all that was RUSH , Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden.... So this young Gentleman has a lonnng way to go down an amazing Rabbit Hole !!
Look its the mad scientist in his garage breaking down film and studying the masters of metal. It will payoff in your playing. The more you study what you love you will become.
Whoooooooooo!!!! Great song man. I dig your reaction 🤘🤘🤘 I think I'm starting to understand a little bit if your taste in metal/ thrash. Which leads me to GUARENTEE you're second favorite song on the album is going to be the closer. DAMAGE INC.. if I'm right in my evaluation if your reactions I bet your going to like the next video I'm watching. Megadeth!!! If it's holy wars..........I think that will be right up your alley also lol let's go see if I'm right lol
This live redition is the worst one of this great song. It pales in comparison to the live performance from Germany in 1985. I have the DVD of this and I've watched it once and that's enough for me
Live day on the green 1985 bro way better why does everyone think 89 is a staple concert it's good but it's not the best anything love 83 to 87 is the best

Creeping Death - Moscow 91 should be next. He'll appreciate Jasons monster vocals.
Adam Yahya absolutely, or Master of Puppets in 1989 at Seattle. Or damn, even the Manchester performance in 2019.
Man Mexico City 93 gets no love. James best vocal performance of that era. He even throws some death metal growls in way more than usual.
Bradley Huddleston pretty sure I remember James being hammered to shit that show and messed up a bunch.

If you wanna see crowd check out Creeping Death live in Moscow 91’ :).
If your a drummer, listen to the album version. Best drumming he ever did on any track. Still love this live performance. Long live Metallica
This and Dyers Eve, killer drumming from the most hated drummer ever :D
This is my favorite Metallica song!!! Wait until you hear the studio version. It's an absolute metal masterpiece!
Disposable heroes live 85 just for comparison. Trust
Creeping Death live Moscow 1991 and Harvester of sorrow from same concert. Million + Russians
Fight Fire With Fire from this same concert is one of their fastest songs ever, even faster than this one
Live in Canada 1986. Faster than ever
