After a serious illness I can not walk far. I am very grateful to you that at least through your video I can mentally visit the forest. Thank you so much for the beautiful views!
Got some awesome plans with Dustin coming up - Watch this space!! *EDIT - For those wondering if we fed the dog - she had plenty to eat, in fact she probably eats more than us...
@TA Outdoors Awesome video. The food looked delicious as it always does when Dustin cooks. That tipi did look very cozy. Can't wait to see what other projects you and Dustin got coming up. Blessings to you guys.
Said this before but he's a top bloke Dustin my favourite videos you do mike are when your out with Dustin. Taking nothing away from your other outings there great too. Thank you to you both.
That looked like a great, gourmet trip guys! Likely it wasn't cold enough to have been uncomfortable in the morning, but a good trick when camping with a stove is to heat all the water you have with you, and to put stones on and around the stove itself before turning in. They act as sort of "thermal batteries", storing up heat and releasing it slower than just the stove would, so the warmth lasts longer. Plus the added bonus that your water is much less likely to freeze overnight, so you can get that first brew-up in you sooner!

Hi Dustin, I hope you get this, I really want to spend time at your camp (I really need & want to learn) I have a few questions, how do I go about it? When do you have people there? Do I need to be in a group (as there is only me)? I hope you can get back to me, cheers pal 👍
I can never understand the people that give a thumbs down you guys work so hard and do a great job especially Amber😊 Cheers from a friend from Canada Danial
Hello Mike! I really like your videos. I'm from Russia. I speak English badly. I do not understand most of what you say (so I typed the text through the translator), but you don’t need words in your videos. They are very atmospheric and beautiful without words. The forest, the distant road, an ax in his hands and a backpack behind his back. More man and do not!)))
Hey guys what a great video. Loved it from start to finish. Good to see you young blokes out there enjoying yourselves. Learning, and teaching others. Your mate knows his food it looked delicious. All your gear and tools looks top notch. Well done. Look forward to your next trip.
Great!...better than TV!...well done guys again... Thanks Mike...and thank you Dustin...Dustin is a very talented lad...seasoned to outdoors and seasoned to your food too...he makes outdoors a home with the gourmet cuisine...fantastic...did feel sorry for Amber watching your and Dustins every move with the cooked food!...aw... Great...and thanks again...cheers...
Awesome video Mike! There's a really positive vibe between you two which is great to watch. And you can always guarantee I'm going to be heading to the kitchen after watching a video with Dustin in haha. All the best mate, keep up the brilliant work!
Mike & Dustin, I LOVE your collab videos. Work, always, is easier with two or more. The teepee shelter with cedar boughs sure gives me ideas! And, as always, the feast was 'totally awesome'. 👍😊 Looking forward to more collab videos in the future. Thanks for posting!
Good stuff, I like seeing the dog chowing down, it looked like Amber had a great camping trip too. Hiking and working the woods always brings out a great appetite. The cuisine was awesome, actually the best in all the bushcraft and camping vids I've seen.
I'll tell you I was laughing watching the dog just hoping you dropped something on the floor. That meal looked mighty good. Now that's living. Great video. Thanks
Ta you have an awesome videos all the time with or without friends your videos are always awesome I do appreciate it thank you so much and Dustin seems to be a pretty cool friend to awesome video
Great video really enjoyed it especially the prawns part really great and good food is always a big must, when I usually go camping i go to a asian store and pick up some nice meat already marinated chicken wings lamb chops Some U-5 prawns also love the garlic too and corn on the grill with melted butter chilli salt truly amazing 😉. Morning time toasted bagels with cheese butter tuna and nice coffee , keep up the cool videos From glenmalur wicklow
I bet that 'debris' you covered the tarps with also isolated the place more than just a little bit! Excellent adventure to watch, even two years later!
Mike don't apologize for the mic picking up the rain storm. That background sound makes the viewer feel like they are there with you. It absolutely enhances the video
The comment Dustin made about sucking the heads on the prawn resonates so much here in south Alabama, US. , except we do it to the crawfish! Love both your channels, keep it up please.
I'm finding I'm tuning in more and more for the cooking lol You had Shrimp/Prawns, Squid and Sausages in the woods...and I'm eating a Cup O Noodle soup in my home. I'm doing something wrong...
Really enjoying the more relaxed stuff and true enjoyment Mike! A few sips (slurps) great food and great company. You 2 dudes work very well together. I hope it continues.
Enjoyed your video very much reminds me of when me and my husband went with our kids and friends Not so good as you we had to climb up trees because a load of cows came best wishes to you both xx
Love that stove and hot water system. If you run a second tarp on the floor and 5 feet upmthe walls and ,leave an inch or few gap at the bottom of the outside tarp, you get a great draw inside the tent and no drafts inside
Well done guys. The stove is great. That was a good camp setup. The shots at the closing were fantastic. Lovely dog & we all know you shouldn’t feed a dog from tour own plate. Looking forward to you next video.
Man,, what you’re doing is awesome for real!! Cause I never enjoy watching a video for hours. And u got a talent that’s obviously u been doing these kind of stuff since u were a child.. thank you man and I hope that u achieve what u looking for.. and good luck!
Always great seeing you and Dustin. Missed seeing Haze with you. Would love to see your Dad join you with a theory time. Hello from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina USA
Such a great video. You 2 work so well together. Can't wait to see what you two have planned. You need to make your way down this way. Dartmoor is lovely. Me and the boy would love to camp with you guys

Justin the "Bushcraft Gourmet" thanks guys. Wish you'd let on where you were! From your accents I'm guessing UK! (oh the cuppa tea was a dead give away too)
I think amber likes to go camping with you, because of the amazing food you cook up each time.
Dustin should have an outdoors cooking channel. Everything he makes looks better than what I cook at home.
After a serious illness I can not walk far. I am very grateful to you that at least through your video I can mentally visit the forest. Thank you so much for the beautiful views!

TA Outdoors ..excited 😬😬
Where did you get that fold out saw from?
TA Outdoors theory time. Is earth round or flat. What does your senses tell you, vs what you were taught.
You should come to Canada and do a winter with Joe Robinet and Dougie and Maybe Shawn James. the five of you would be funny together.
@TA Outdoors Awesome video. The food looked delicious as it always does when Dustin cooks. That tipi did look very cozy. Can't wait to see what other projects you and Dustin got coming up. Blessings to you guys.
Where do you keep your food?
Said this before but he's a top bloke Dustin my favourite videos you do mike are when your out with Dustin. Taking nothing away from your other outings there great too. Thank you to you both.
I’m camping in Indiana and making ramen and instant mashed potatoes and thinking damn... you guys are on a different level.
I watched a movie making a tipi shelter for the first time. Everything is professional.

It is always a good video with Dustin along. The cedar bark wreath cordage was a neat tip. The G-Stove once again proved its merits.
